This Purchase Order is issued by PT Nusantara Automotive Solutions to formally engage qualified Automotive Engineer professionals through PT Global Engineering Consultants for a twelve-month contract period. All assigned Automotive Engineer personnel shall report to the buyer's primary manufacturing and research facility located in Indonesia Jakarta, specifically within the South Jakarta Industrial Zone. The scope encompasses the full lifecycle of vehicle development including concept design, prototype fabrication, testing and validation, production readiness, and post-launch technical support. Each Automotive Engineer must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a closely related discipline, and must possess at least three (3) years of relevant industry experience. The Automotive Engineer team shall comply with all applicable Indonesian labor regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and the specific technical requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) referenced under this Purchase Order.

1. This Purchase Order (PO-JKT-AE-2025-04782) constitutes a binding agreement between the Purchasing Party and the Supplier Party for the provision of Automotive Engineer services in Indonesia Jakarta. Both parties acknowledge and accept all terms herein upon signature.
2. All Automotive Engineer personnel assigned under this Purchase Order shall be subject to the buyer's site policies, security protocols, and intellectual property confidentiality agreements specific to the Indonesia Jakarta operations.
3. Payment shall be processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via bank transfer to the account designated by PT Global Engineering Consultants. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number and shall be submitted monthly by the 5th business day.
4. The Supplier Party guarantees that each Automotive Engineer deployed to the Indonesia Jakarta site meets the qualifications, certifications, and competency standards specified in this Purchase Order. Substitution of personnel requires prior written approval from the Purchasing Party.
5. Any change in scope, additional Automotive Engineer headcount, or modification to the project timeline in Indonesia Jakarta must be documented through a formal Change Order amendment to this Purchase Order.
6. The Supplier Party is responsible for all employment-related obligations including salary, benefits, work permits, and compliance with Indonesian labor law for all Automotive Engineer staff assigned to this engagement.
7. Intellectual property developed by the Automotive Engineer team during the course of this Purchase Order in Indonesia Jakarta shall be the exclusive property of PT Nusantara Automotive Solutions.
8. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Supplier Party shall ensure an orderly transition of all Automotive Engineer personnel and project documentation.
9. This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Indonesia Jakarta under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
10. All communications regarding this Purchase Order, including technical queries from the Automotive Engineer team and administrative matters, shall be directed to the project managers designated by each party in Indonesia Jakarta.
