This Purchase Order is issued by Stellantis Automotive Division S.p.A., headquartered in Italy Rome, to formally engage the services of a qualified Automotive Engineer for the duration of the project period specified herein. The Automotive Engineer shall provide specialized technical expertise in powertrain development, vehicle dynamics simulation, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) integration. All work related to this Purchase Order shall be performed at the engineering facilities located in Italy Rome, with the possibility of remote collaboration as mutually agreed upon by both parties.

All design deliverables shall be produced at the Rome, Italy engineering campus. 6 months (Jul 2025 – Dec 2025) €12,500 / month €75,000.00
02 Automotive Engineer – Vehicle Dynamics & Simulation. The Automotive Engineer shall conduct multi-body dynamics simulations, chassis calibration support, and handling optimization for the next-generation compact SUV platform. Deliverables include simulation reports, test data analysis, and calibration parameter sets to be delivered at the Italy Rome facility. 4 months (Sep 2025 – Dec 2025) €11,000 / month €44,000.00
03 Automotive Engineer – ADAS Integration & Validation. The Automotive Engineer shall oversee the integration of Level 2+ autonomous driving features, including sensor fusion architecture review, functional safety (ISO 26262 ASIL-D) compliance verification, and on-road validation testing conducted in and around the Rome, Italy metropolitan area. 5 months (Aug 2025 – Dec 2025) €13,000 / month €65,000.00
04 Automotive Engineer – Technical Documentation & Regulatory Compliance. The Automotive Engineer shall prepare all technical documentation required for EU type-approval, including safety case reports, component certification dossiers, and compliance matrices. All documentation shall be filed at the Italy Rome regulatory affairs office. 3 months (Oct 2025 – Dec 2025) €9,500 / month €28,500.00
05 Automotive Engineer – Mentoring & Knowledge Transfer. The Automotive Engineer shall conduct weekly mentoring sessions with the in-house junior engineering team at the Rome, Italy campus, covering advanced simulation methodologies, design-for-manufacturability principles, and emerging electrification technologies. 6 months (Jul 2025 – Dec 2025) €4,000 / month €24,000.00

  1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Stellantis Automotive Division S.p.A. (hereinafter "the Buyer") and Ing. Marco De Santis (hereinafter "the Automotive Engineer / Supplier") for the provision of professional engineering services in Italy Rome.
  2. The Automotive Engineer shall perform all duties in accordance with the technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines outlined in this Purchase Order and any attached appendices. All work shall be executed with professional diligence and in compliance with applicable Italian and European automotive regulations.
  3. The primary work location for this engagement shall be the Buyer's engineering campus in Italy Rome (Via dell'Automobile, 42, 00144 Roma). The Automotive Engineer is expected to be present on-site a minimum of four (4) days per week, with the remaining day available for remote work as approved by the project manager.
  4. Payment shall be made in monthly installments corresponding to the line items above. Invoices shall be submitted by the Automotive Engineer on the last business day of each month. Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice, in accordance with Italian commercial law (Codice Civile, Art. 1182).
  5. All intellectual property, design documents, simulation data, and technical reports produced by the Automotive Engineer in the course of this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of the Buyer. The Automotive Engineer shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work at the Italy Rome facility.
  6. The Automotive Engineer shall comply with all health, safety, and environmental protocols in effect at the Italy Rome engineering campus, including but not limited to PPE requirements, laboratory safety procedures, and vehicle test-track regulations.
  7. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Buyer shall compensate the Automotive Engineer for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination, plus any non-cancellable commitments already incurred.
  8. This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.
  9. The Automotive Engineer confirms that he/she is registered with the Italian Chamber of Commerce (Camera di Commercio di Roma) and holds a valid professional engineering license (Iscrizione all'Albo degli Ingegneri) as required for the provision of professional engineering services in Italy Rome.
  10. All communications related to this Purchase Order shall be directed to the procurement department at the Italy Rome headquarters. Verbal agreements or modifications to this Purchase Order shall not be valid unless confirmed in writing by both parties.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, conditions, and scope of work defined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Automotive Engineer at the Italy Rome facility. This document is valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of issue, unless extended in writing by mutual consent.
