This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Madina Automotive Industries (Pvt.) Ltd., Pakistan Karachi, to engage a qualified Automotive Engineer for the design, development, and quality assurance of next-generation commercial vehicle drivetrain components. The selected Automotive Engineer shall be responsible for the complete engineering lifecycle, including CAD modelling, finite element analysis (FEA), prototype testing, and compliance verification in accordance with Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) regulations and applicable SAE International standards. The Automotive Engineer will be based at our primary manufacturing facility in the Korangi Industrial Area, Pakistan Karachi, and will report directly to the Chief Technical Officer.

All Automotive Engineer personnel shall report for duty at the Al-Madina Automotive Industries facility located in the Korangi Industrial Area, Pakistan Karachi, no later than 1 August 2025. The project timeline is structured in four phases, each spanning three months. Phase deliverables, including design drawings, simulation reports, and test data, must be submitted to the project management office in Pakistan Karachi within five (5) business days of phase completion. The final design release package shall be delivered by 31 July 2026.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Karachi in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940.
- The Automotive Engineer(s) engaged under this Purchase Order shall maintain full-time availability at the Pakistan Karachi facility during standard business hours (08:00–17:00, Monday to Saturday) unless otherwise approved in writing by the Chief Technical Officer.
- All intellectual property, design documents, CAD files, simulation data, and technical reports generated by the Automotive Engineer in the course of this engagement shall be the sole and exclusive property of Al-Madina Automotive Industries (Pvt.) Ltd., Pakistan Karachi.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Pakistan Karachi within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month.
- The vendor shall ensure that all Automotive Engineer personnel hold valid professional engineering registrations with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and possess a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in automotive drivetrain or powertrain engineering.
- Al-Madina Automotive Industries reserves the right to inspect, audit, and verify all work products at any time during the term of this Purchase Order. Non-conforming deliverables must be rectified at the vendor's own cost within ten (10) business days.
- This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the vendor shall be compensated for all work satisfactorily completed up to the termination date.
- All work performed under this Purchase Order must comply with the Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency (PEPA) guidelines and the Occupational Health & Safety regulations applicable in Pakistan Karachi.
- The vendor shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of PKR 50,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of Automotive Engineer services at the Pakistan Karachi facility. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon execution by both authorized representatives.
