1. Description of Services – Automotive Engineer PlacementThis Purchase Order is issued by Al Rayyan Automotive Solutions LLC to Global Engineering Talent Partners FZ-LLC for the recruitment, placement, and ongoing professional management of a qualified Automotive Engineer to be stationed at our primary manufacturing and R&D facility located in the Industrial Area, Doha, State of Qatar. The Automotive Engineer shall be responsible for the design, development, testing, and quality assurance of next-generation powertrain systems, hybrid drivetrain components, and advanced vehicle electronics for the regional automotive aftermarket and OEM partnership programs operating out of Qatar Doha.
2. Scope of Work and DeliverablesThe Automotive Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties at the Qatar Doha facility:

3.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and the Qatar Commercial Law. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the rules of the Qatar International Arbitration Centre (QIAC).
3.2 The Automotive Engineer shall be subject to the employment and labor regulations of the State of Qatar, including the Qatar Labour Law (Law No. 14 of 2004, as amended). The vendor shall ensure full compliance with all Qatar Doha municipal and labor authority requirements prior to the commencement of services.
3.3 The vendor shall provide a replacement Automotive Engineer of equivalent or superior qualifications within fourteen (14) calendar days should the initially placed engineer resign, be terminated, or become unavailable for any reason.
3.4 All intellectual property, design documentation, test data, and proprietary engineering outputs produced by the Automotive Engineer while performing duties at the Qatar Doha facility shall be the sole property of Al Rayyan Automotive Solutions LLC.
3.5 Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Qatari Riyals (QAR) within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as permitted under Qatar Doha commercial banking norms.
3.6 The vendor shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than QAR 2,000,000 covering the Automotive Engineer and all associated services rendered under this Purchase Order.
3.7 This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of termination, all outstanding invoices for services rendered up to the termination date shall be settled in full.
4. Commencement and Delivery LocationServices under this Purchase Order shall commence no later than 01 August 2025. The Automotive Engineer shall report to the Al Rayyan Automotive Solutions LLC facility at Plot 47, Industrial Area, Doha, State of Qatar, on the first working day of the contract period. All onboarding, safety induction, and facility access procedures specific to the Qatar Doha site shall be completed within the first five (5) working days.
Important Note: This Purchase Order is valid only for the specific Automotive Engineer services described herein and for the designated Qatar Doha operational site. Any modification to scope, duration, or location requires a written amendment signed by both parties. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement upon countersignature. 5.
