Terms & Conditions of This Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nakheel Hospitality Group LLC for the procurement of bakery products and services from the Baker, Master Baker Ibrahim Al-Saud, operating Al-Saud Artisan Bakery & Confectionery in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- All products supplied under this Purchase Order must comply with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) regulations and carry valid Halal certification as mandated for food products in Saudi Arabia.
- The Baker shall ensure that all baked goods, confectionery, and pastry items are produced in a facility located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and transported under controlled cold-chain conditions to the designated delivery address.
- Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Baker, subject to satisfactory inspection and acceptance of all goods delivered under this Purchase Order.
- Any deviation in product quality, quantity, or delivery timing exceeding the parameters stated in this Purchase Order must be communicated to the purchasing department within four (4) hours of discovery. The Baker is responsible for replacing non-conforming items at no additional cost.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from the execution of this document shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- The Baker warrants that all ingredients used in the preparation of goods listed herein are 100% Halal and free from any prohibited substances as defined by Saudi Arabian religious and food safety authorities.
- Custom cakes and confectionery items bearing specific branding or design requirements must be approved in writing by the buyer's culinary team at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the delivery date specified in this Purchase Order.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a single delivery cycle. Any additional or amended orders must be issued as a separate Purchase Order document with a unique reference number.
- The Baker acknowledges that all intellectual property, branding guidelines, and design specifications provided by the buyer for custom items remain the exclusive property of Al-Nakheel Hospitality Group LLC.
