Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by Accra Financial Services Ltd., a registered entity in the Republic of Ghana, for the procurement of Banker services and banking-related equipment to be delivered and implemented at the buyer's premises in Ghana Accra.
- The Supplier, acting as the designated Banker service provider, shall ensure all services comply with the regulations set forth by the Bank of Ghana, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Ghana, and the Ghana Revenue Authority.
- All Banker consulting and advisory services shall be conducted by certified professionals holding valid banking licenses issued by the Bank of Ghana and shall be physically present in Ghana Accra during the contracted service period.
- Payment shall be made in Ghana Cedis (GHS) via bank transfer to the account specified above within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Banker supplier.
- The Supplier warrants that all banking equipment (POS terminals, security hardware, communication infrastructure) shall be new, free from defects, and fully compatible with the Ghana Interbank Payment and Settlement Systems (GhIPSS) and the National Payment Switch (NPS) operating in Ghana Accra.
- Delivery of all physical goods shall be completed at the buyer's address in Ghana Accra no later than the dates specified in the order table above. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 1% of the affected item value per day of delay.
- The Banker training programme (Item 02) shall be conducted at the buyer's Accra headquarters and shall cover Ghana-specific banking regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) procedures under the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) of Ghana, and customer data protection requirements.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1968 (Act 30) as amended.
- The Supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of GHS 2,000,000 for the duration of the Banker services contract, with proof of coverage provided prior to commencement of services in Ghana Accra.
- Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or systemic banking failures in Ghana.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and shall remain valid until the completion of all listed items or until 15 July 2025, whichever occurs first.
