This Purchase Order is issued by Al Noor Scientific Research Institute to engage the services of a qualified Biologist, Dr. Fatima Al Mansoori, for the purpose of conducting comprehensive environmental and marine biological assessments in the coastal waters and mangrove ecosystems surrounding the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi emirate. The Biologist shall perform all duties in accordance with the UAE Federal Law No. 24 of 1999 concerning Environmental Protection and its subsequent amendments, as well as the Abu Dhabi Environment Agency (ADEA) regulatory guidelines.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Al Noor Scientific Research Institute and the Biologist named herein. All services shall be rendered in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi jurisdiction and governed by the laws of the UAE.
- The Biologist shall maintain all necessary professional licenses, insurance coverage (minimum AED 2,000,000 professional liability), and regulatory approvals throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Biologist, via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as per UAE commercial law.
- All biological samples, data, and reports generated under this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Al Noor Scientific Research Institute. The Biologist shall not disclose, publish, or share any findings without prior written consent.
- The Biologist is required to comply with all Abu Dhabi municipal regulations, environmental permits, and safety protocols when conducting fieldwork in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi coastal and terrestrial zones.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Biologist shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Abu Dhabi in accordance with the rules of the Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre (ADCCAC).
- The Biologist shall submit a progress report every two weeks to the Procurement Department of Al Noor Scientific Research Institute, located in Khalifa City, United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi.
- All deliverables must be submitted in both Arabic and English to satisfy UAE federal documentation requirements.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, conditions, scope of work, and pricing outlined in this Purchase Order. This document is valid for acceptance until 31 July 2025, after which a revised Purchase Order shall be required.
