The Biomedical Engineer shall be responsible for the installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance of all medical devices and diagnostic equipment housed within the Al-Nakheel Medical Center, Jeddah branch. The scope of work encompasses electrocardiography (ECG) machines, patient monitors, infusion pumps, ventilators, imaging systems, and laboratory analyzers. The Biomedical Engineer must hold a valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) professional license, a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in hospital biomedical engineering, and full compliance with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) guidelines governing medical device maintenance in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
2. The Biomedical Engineer assigned under this Purchase Order must present a valid Saudi professional license, Iqama (residence permit), and medical fitness certificate prior to commencing work at the Jeddah facility.
3. All services rendered by the Biomedical Engineer shall comply with SFDA regulations, Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) standards, and the internal quality management system of Al-Nakheel Medical Center, Jeddah.
4. The supplier shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of SAR 2,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order.
5. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Saudi Arabia within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid, itemized invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-JED-04872).
6. The Biomedical Engineer shall adhere to all health, safety, and infection control protocols in effect at the Jeddah facility, including PPE requirements and sterilization procedures.
7. Any modification to the scope of work, additional devices, or extended deployment beyond the terms stated in this Purchase Order requires a written amendment signed by both parties.
8. The supplier warrants that the Biomedical Engineer shall not be engaged in any conflicting employment or consultancy within the Jeddah healthcare sector during the term of this Purchase Order.
9. Confidentiality: All patient data, facility layouts, equipment inventories, and proprietary information accessed by the Biomedical Engineer in Saudi Arabia Jeddah shall remain strictly confidential and subject to the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
10. This Purchase Order is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of commencement and may be renewed upon mutual written agreement of both parties.

The Biomedical Engineer shall report to the Al-Nakheel Medical Center, Al-Rawdah District, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, no later than 01 August 2025 at 08:00 AM local time. The supplier shall provide a detailed onboarding plan, including a 72-hour orientation covering facility protocols, device inventory, and emergency response procedures specific to the Jeddah location.
