The selected Carpenter must hold a valid professional certification recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan and must demonstrate a minimum of ten (10) years of documented experience in residential and commercial carpentry projects within the Kazakhstan Almaty metropolitan area.

All Carpenter services described in this Purchase Order shall commence on 1 July 2025 and shall be completed no later than 30 October 2025. All materials, tools, and equipment required for the execution of the carpentry work shall be delivered to the project site at 78 Medeu Avenue, Kazakhstan Almaty, no later than 24 hours prior to the start of each work phase. The Carpenter team shall operate in accordance with the construction schedule approved by the Buyer's project management office and shall coordinate with all other trades present on site.
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both parties. All terms herein shall be governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and applicable commercial legislation in force in Kazakhstan Almaty.
- The Carpenter and all personnel assigned to this Purchase Order shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations as mandated by the State Labor Inspectorate of Kazakhstan. The Supplier shall maintain valid liability insurance coverage of no less than 50,000,000 KZT for the duration of the contract.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon execution of this Purchase Order; 40% upon completion of structural timber work and flooring installation; 30% upon final acceptance and sign-off by the Buyer's quality assurance team. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in KZT.
- All timber and wood products used under this Purchase Order must be sourced from certified sustainable forests and must carry valid FSC or PEFC certification. The Carpenter shall provide all relevant documentation and chain-of-custody records upon request.
- The Supplier warrants that all carpentry work shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance. Any defects discovered within this warranty period shall be remedied by the Carpenter at no additional cost to the Buyer.
- Any changes to the scope of work under this Purchase Order must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. No verbal modifications shall be binding.
- In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, the parties shall first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the Arbitration Court of the Astana International Financial Centre for final and binding arbitration.
- The Supplier shall not subcontract any portion of the Carpenter services without prior written consent from the Buyer. Any approved subcontractor shall be bound by the same terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Order.
- All work performed under this Purchase Order in Kazakhstan Almaty shall comply with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and environmental protection standards as enforced by the Almaty City Administration.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of Carpenter services in Kazakhstan Almaty.
