This Purchase Order is issued to the above-named Carpenter for the supply, fabrication, and installation of custom woodwork and carpentry services at the residential project located at G-13/4, Pakistan Islamabad. The Carpenter shall provide all labor, tools, and specified materials as detailed below. All work must comply with the building codes and structural standards enforced by the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) municipal authority.

The Carpenter shall commence on-site work at the project address in Pakistan Islamabad no later than 25 June 2025. All fabricated items must be delivered to the site in G-13/4, Pakistan Islamabad, in accordance with the phased schedule agreed upon in the attached annexure. The total project duration shall not exceed 50 working days from the commencement date. The Carpenter is responsible for safe transport of all materials and finished items within the Pakistan Islamabad municipal boundaries.
5. Payment Terms- Advance Payment (30%): PKR 618,261 payable within 7 working days of Purchase Order acceptance via bank transfer to the Carpenter's designated account (Meezan Bank, Pakistan Islamabad branch, A/C: 0045-8821-3367).
- Progress Payment (40%): PKR 824,348 payable upon completion of kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and TV unit installation, subject to buyer's written inspection approval.
- Final Payment (30%): PKR 618,261 payable within 10 working days of final handover, completion of all finishing work, and issuance of the Carpenter's completion certificate.
- All payments shall be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) to the Carpenter's registered bank account. No cash payments exceeding PKR 50,000 shall be accepted in compliance with Pakistan's anti-money laundering regulations.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Pakistan Islamabad.
- The Carpenter warrants that all wood materials used shall be sourced from legally harvested, FSC-certified or equivalent timber suppliers operating within Pakistan. No illegally logged timber shall be used under any circumstance.
- The Carpenter shall maintain adequate workers' compensation insurance and liability coverage throughout the duration of the project in Pakistan Islamabad.
- All workmanship shall be free from defects for a period of 24 months from the date of final acceptance. The Carpenter shall rectify any defects at no additional cost to the buyer.
- The Carpenter shall adhere to all safety regulations prescribed by the Pakistan Occupational Safety and Health (POSHO) Act, 2022, while working on-site in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Any variation or change order to this Purchase Order must be documented in writing and signed by both parties before execution.
- Penalty for delay: 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay beyond the agreed completion date, capped at 10% of the total value.
- The Carpenter shall not subcontract any portion of the work without prior written consent from the purchasing party.
- All waste materials generated during the carpentry work in Pakistan Islamabad shall be disposed of in accordance with the Islamabad Capital Territory waste management bylaws.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for Carpenter services to be executed in Pakistan Islamabad. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon execution by both authorized signatories.
