Terms and Conditions of This Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by Northern Timber & Construction LLC for the procurement of specialized Carpenter services and associated timber materials to be delivered and executed at the designated project site in Russia Saint Petersburg. The Carpenter, represented by Master Carpenter Workshop "Baltic Craft," acknowledges and accepts all terms set forth herein.
- All carpenter work must comply with the heritage preservation standards established by the Committee for Cultural Heritage of Russia Saint Petersburg. The Carpenter shall submit detailed work plans, material samples, and finish specifications for approval by the Chief Architect prior to commencing any on-site fabrication or installation.
- Delivery of all materials and commencement of carpenter labor shall take place no later than 05 August 2025. The Carpenter is responsible for all logistics, transport, and safe handling of timber and finished components within the Russia Saint Petersburg city limits.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Carpenter. Payment will be processed via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.1% per calendar day.
- The Carpenter warrants that all labor and materials shall be free from defects for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance. Any defects discovered within this warranty period shall be remedied by the Carpenter at no additional cost to the Buyer.
- The Carpenter shall maintain full liability insurance coverage for all personnel and equipment operating at the Russia Saint Petersburg project site. A certificate of insurance must be presented before the first day of on-site work.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the civil law of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in the Arbitration Court of Russia Saint Petersburg.
- The Carpenter shall not subcontract any portion of the carpenter work without prior written consent from the Buyer. All work must be performed by qualified carpenters holding valid professional certifications recognized in Russia Saint Petersburg.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days written notice in the event of material breach. Upon termination, the Carpenter shall be compensated for all work completed and materials procured up to the date of termination.
