Terms and Conditions

This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Golden Gate Construction & Renovation Group, Inc. (hereinafter "Buyer") and Pacific Woodcraft Carpenter Services LLC (hereinafter "Carpenter Vendor") for the provision of carpentry labor, materials, and related services at the project site located in San Francisco, California, United States.
The Carpenter Vendor shall perform all work in accordance with the San Francisco Building Code, the California Building Standards Code (Title 24), and all applicable federal, state, and municipal regulations governing carpentry and construction work in the City and County of San Francisco.
All carpentry work must be completed by the Required Delivery Date of July 15, 2025, unless otherwise extended in writing by the Buyer. The Carpenter shall provide a detailed work schedule within five (5) business days of accepting this Purchase Order.
Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Carpenter Vendor. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-SF-2025-04872) and include a detailed breakdown of labor hours, materials used, and any change orders approved in writing.
The Carpenter Vendor is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance (including general liability of no less than $1,000,000 and workers' compensation) required to perform carpentry work in San Francisco, United States. Proof of insurance shall be provided prior to commencement of work.
All materials specified in this Purchase Order must be new, of commercial grade, and sourced from licensed suppliers within the United States. The Carpenter shall not substitute materials without prior written approval from the Buyer's project manager.
The Carpenter Vendor warrants all workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of final acceptance. Any defects in carpentry work discovered within this warranty period shall be repaired at no additional cost to the Buyer.
Work hours at the San Francisco project site shall be between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. No work shall be performed on weekends or recognized San Francisco municipal holidays without prior written consent.
The Carpenter Vendor shall maintain a clean and safe work site in compliance with OSHA regulations and San Francisco Department of Building Inspection requirements. All debris shall be removed daily and disposed of at an approved San Francisco waste facility.
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, United States, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Neither party may assign this Purchase Order or any obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of the other party. This Purchase Order may be amended only by a written change order signed by both parties.
