This Purchase Order is issued by Saigon Interiors & Construction Co., Ltd. to engage the services of Master Carpenter Nguyen Van Thanh & Associates for the provision of professional carpentry work at a residential condominium project located in District 2, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. The Carpenter and his team shall be responsible for the design, fabrication, installation, and finishing of all custom wooden furniture, built-in cabinetry, interior wood paneling, and structural timber elements as specified in the attached architectural drawings (Reference: HCMC-RES-2025-019-ARCH-001 through 014).
The Carpenter is required to comply with all applicable building codes and regulations enforced by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and the Department of Construction of Ho Chi Minh City. All materials used must meet Vietnamese national standards (TCVN) and, where applicable, international quality certifications. The Carpenter shall provide all necessary tools, equipment, and safety gear for the duration of the project.

The Carpenter shall commence work on-site no later than 20 June 2025 and shall complete all carpentry services by 15 August 2025. The project site is located at 88 Nguyễn Hữu Cảnh Street, An Khánh Ward, District 2, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. The Carpenter is required to submit a detailed work schedule and progress report every Friday to the project manager at Saigon Interiors & Construction Co., Ltd. Any delays caused by the Carpenter shall be subject to a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, capped at 10% of the total value.
6.1. This Purchase Order is governed by the Civil Code of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and applicable commercial regulations of Ho Chi Minh City.
6.2. The Carpenter warrants that all workmanship shall be of professional quality and free from defects for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance.
6.3. Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon signing of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of 70% of the work as verified by the project manager, and 30% upon final inspection and acceptance.
6.4. The Carpenter shall maintain valid work permits and ensure all team members are legally authorized to perform construction work in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. Proof of insurance coverage for workers' compensation shall be provided prior to commencement.
6.5. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through negotiation, and failing that, through arbitration under the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in Ho Chi Minh City.
6.6. The Carpenter shall not subcontract any portion of the work without prior written consent from the issuing company.
