This Purchase Order is issued by Golden Lotus Hospitality Group for the procurement of professional Chef services to be rendered at the buyer's flagship restaurant premises located in Myanmar Yangon. This document serves as the formal and binding request for the supply of culinary expertise, kitchen management, and menu development services as detailed herein. The Purchase Order covers a twelve-month engagement period commencing on 1 July 2025 and concluding on 30 June 2026, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Section 6 of this document.

All services specified in this Purchase Order shall be performed at the buyer's premises located at 88 Strand Road, Sanchaung Township, Myanmar Yangon. The Chef and all supporting culinary personnel shall report to the designated kitchen area on the ground floor of the establishment. The supplier is responsible for arranging all necessary travel, accommodation, and transportation for the Chef team within the Myanmar Yangon metropolitan area as part of the contracted service. Any travel outside the Yangon city limits shall be subject to prior written approval from the buyer and billed separately at cost.

Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in accordance with the following schedule:

  • Advance Payment: 25% of the total Purchase Order value (27,725,000 MMK) shall be paid within 7 business days of mutual signature of this document.
  • Monthly Installments: The remaining 75% shall be paid in equal monthly installments of 7,560,416.67 MMK, due on the 5th business day of each month following the service period.
  • Payment Method: All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account at CB Bank, Yangon Branch, Myanmar.
  • Currency: All amounts are denominated in Myanmar Kyat (MMK). No foreign currency conversion shall apply.
  1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both authorized representatives. Neither party may unilaterally modify the terms herein without written consent.
  2. The Chef engaged under this Purchase Order shall hold a minimum of five (5) years of professional culinary experience, valid food handler certification recognized by the Myanmar Ministry of Commerce, and demonstrated proficiency in both traditional Burmese cuisine and international Pan-Asian cooking techniques.
  3. The Supplier guarantees that the Chef and all supporting staff assigned to this engagement in Myanmar Yangon shall maintain valid work permits, health certificates, and insurance coverage for the full duration of the contract.
  4. Performance standards: The Chef shall deliver a minimum of four (4) new seasonal menu items per quarter, maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 85% or above, and ensure zero critical food safety violations during the engagement period.
  5. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of material breach, the non-breaching party may terminate immediately upon written notice. Upon termination, the Buyer shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
  6. Confidentiality: The Chef and all personnel shall treat all proprietary recipes, supplier lists, and business strategies of the Buyer as strictly confidential. This obligation survives the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of two (2) years.
  7. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Yangon, Myanmar, in accordance with the Myanmar Arbitration Law.
  8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or public health emergencies affecting Myanmar Yangon.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Chef services in Myanmar Yangon.
