This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Madina Hospitality Group (Pvt.) Ltd., a leading hospitality and restaurant chain headquartered in Pakistan Karachi, to procure professional Chef services through the vendor Culinary Talent Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. The Chef positions outlined in this Purchase Order are critical to the operational success of our flagship restaurant located in DHA Phase 6, Pakistan Karachi. The Executive Chef shall design and implement seasonal menus that reflect both international culinary standards and the rich gastronomic heritage of Pakistan Karachi, including Sindh, Baloch, and Mughlai cuisine traditions. All Chef personnel shall adhere to the Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) guidelines and the Sindh Food Authority regulations applicable in Pakistan Karachi. The Chef shall maintain a minimum of 95% customer satisfaction rating as measured by quarterly audits conducted by the buyer's quality assurance team in Pakistan Karachi.
3. Terms and Conditions- Delivery / Commencement: All Chef positions shall be filled and the respective Chef personnel shall report for duty no later than 30 July 2025 at the designated kitchen premises in Pakistan Karachi. The vendor shall ensure that all Chef candidates have valid Pakistani work permits, CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card), and relevant culinary certifications.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Pakistan Karachi. The first installment shall be due within 15 days of the Chef's successful onboarding and completion of the probationary period (30 days). Subsequent payments shall be due on the 5th of each calendar month.
- Probation Period: Each Chef shall undergo a 30-day probationary period. During this period, the buyer reserves the right to terminate the engagement of any Chef without penalty if performance standards are not met, as evaluated by the Director of Culinary Operations in Pakistan Karachi.
- Contract Duration: This Purchase Order covers a 12-month engagement period commencing from the date of the Chef's first working day. Renewal shall be subject to mutual written agreement and a separate Purchase Order.
- Compliance: The vendor warrants that all Chef personnel shall comply with the labor laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Sindh Employment Standards Act, and all applicable food safety regulations enforced in Pakistan Karachi. The vendor shall maintain valid health certificates for each Chef, renewed bi-annually.
- Confidentiality: All Chef personnel shall sign a non-disclosure agreement protecting the proprietary recipes, menu designs, and operational methodologies of Al-Madina Hospitality Group (Pvt.) Ltd. in Pakistan Karachi.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 60 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the vendor shall provide a replacement Chef of equivalent qualification within 21 days, at no additional cost to the buyer.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Karachi under the Arbitration Act, 1940.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns in Pakistan Karachi, or pandemics.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Chef services in Pakistan Karachi. This document constitutes a binding agreement between the buyer and the vendor for the duration specified herein.
