Description of Purchase – Chef Services for Saudi Arabia RiyadhThis Purchase Order is issued by Al-Riyadh Culinary Services Co. Ltd. to procure the services of a qualified and experienced Chef for deployment at our flagship restaurant and catering operations located in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. The Chef shall be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, menu development, kitchen management, and food safety compliance in accordance with the regulations set forth by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) and the Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the commercial regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- The Chef engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of five (5) years of professional culinary experience, a recognized culinary diploma or equivalent certification, and a valid food safety and hygiene certificate accepted by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority.
- The Chef shall comply with all labor laws of Saudi Arabia, including the requirement to work under a valid Iqama (residence permit) and work visa sponsored by Al-Riyadh Culinary Services Co. Ltd. The Chef must adhere to the cultural and professional norms observed in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in Saudi Riyal (SAR) via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice receipt. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Saudi commercial law.
- The vendor shall guarantee the Chef's availability and readiness to commence duties no later than 01 July 2025. Failure to meet this deadline shall entitle the buyer to a penalty of SAR 2,000 per day of delay, up to a maximum of SAR 30,000, after which this Purchase Order may be terminated without liability.
- All services rendered under this Purchase Order are subject to inspection and approval by the buyer's operations manager in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. The Chef's performance shall be evaluated monthly, and any material breach of the service agreement may result in contract termination with a 30-day notice period.
- The vendor is responsible for all recruitment costs, background verification, and pre-employment screening of the Chef prior to deployment in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. The buyer reserves the right to reject the Chef if the background check reveals any disqualifying information.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation from the buyer.
- All intellectual property, menu designs, and culinary creations developed by the Chef during the term of this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive property of Al-Riyadh Culinary Services Co. Ltd.
- This Purchase Order does not constitute an employment contract between the buyer and the Chef. The Chef is engaged as a service provider through the vendor, and all employment-related obligations remain with the vendor as per Saudi Arabia Riyadh labor regulations.
