The Chemical Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for the design, optimization, and supervision of chemical processing operations, including but not limited to reactor system analysis, process flow diagram development, material balance calculations, environmental compliance assessments, and safety protocol implementation in accordance with Peruvian regulatory standards established by MINAM (Ministry of Environment) and OSINERGMIN.

The Chemical Engineer must hold a valid professional license issued by the Colegio de Ingenieros del Perú – Colegio Profesional (CIP-CP), possess a minimum of eight (8) years of documented experience in industrial chemical process engineering, and demonstrate proficiency in process simulation software including Aspen Plus, HYSYS, and COMSOL Multiphysics. All deliverables and technical documentation produced under this Purchase Order shall be submitted in both Spanish and English to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements in Peru Lima and international operational standards.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Peru and the Civil Code of Peru. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in the competent courts of Peru Lima.
2. The Chemical Engineer assigned to this contract must present valid professional identification, CIP-CP registration certificate, and a clean criminal background check (Ficha R-01) prior to commencing work at any facility in Peru Lima.
3. Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of receipt of a valid electronic invoice (Factura Electrónica) compliant with SUNAT regulations. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the vendor.
4. All work performed under this Purchase Order shall adhere to the occupational health and safety standards established by the Peruvian Ministry of Labor (MINTRA) and the specific environmental regulations applicable to industrial chemical operations in the Lima metropolitan area.
5. The vendor shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 500,000 PEN for the duration of the engagement. Proof of insurance must be provided before the start date.
6. Intellectual property generated by the Chemical Engineer during the execution of this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of Andina Industrial Solutions S.A.C.
7. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, payment shall be made pro-rata for services rendered up to the termination date.
8. All communications regarding this Purchase Order shall be directed to the procurement department of Andina Industrial Solutions S.A.C. at the address listed above in Peru Lima.
9. This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until the completion of all line items or the expiration date, whichever occurs first.
