- This Purchase Order is issued by Pharmacie Centrale d'Alger S.A.R.L. and is directed to the Chemist supplier Sahara Med S.A.R.L., both legally registered and operating within Algeria Algiers. All transactions governed by this Purchase Order shall comply with the Algerian Commercial Code and the regulations of the Algerian Ministry of Health regarding pharmaceutical distribution.
- The Chemist supplier shall guarantee that all pharmaceutical products and medical supplies listed in this Purchase Order are of certified quality, within their expiry dates (minimum 18 months remaining at the time of delivery), and fully compliant with the standards set by the Algerian Agency for the Safety of the Pharmaceutical Product (ANSMED).
- Delivery of all items specified in this Purchase Order shall be made to the buyer's warehouse located at 12, Rue Didouche Mourad, Hydra, Algiers, Algeria. The Chemist supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and handling costs within the Algeria Algiers metropolitan area until the goods are received and inspected by the buyer's designated agent.
- Payment terms for this Purchase Order: 50% advance payment upon confirmation of the Purchase Order by the Chemist supplier, and 50% balance payment within 30 calendar days following successful inspection and acceptance of the delivered goods. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Chemist supplier's designated account in Algeria Algiers.
- The Chemist supplier shall provide, alongside each delivery, a detailed invoice, a certificate of analysis for each pharmaceutical batch, a certificate of origin, and a copy of the current pharmacy operating license valid in Algeria Algiers.
- In the event of non-conforming goods, the buyer reserves the right to reject any or all items under this Purchase Order. The Chemist supplier shall replace rejected items within 5 business days at no additional cost to the buyer.
- This Purchase Order shall be considered valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. If the Chemist supplier does not confirm acceptance within this period, the Purchase Order shall be deemed null and void.
- Any disputes arising from the execution of this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties. Failing resolution, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial court in Algiers, Algeria.
- This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the buyer and the Chemist supplier regarding the procurement of the items listed herein and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter of this Purchase Order in Algeria Algiers.
