All goods listed in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the chemist premises located at 142 Creek Street, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, Queensland 4006, Australia. The supplier is required to arrange delivery via a licensed pharmaceutical courier service that complies with the Therapeutic Goods (Pharmaceutical Poisons) Act 1933 (Queensland) and the relevant Australian Transport Safety regulations. Temperature-sensitive items (Items 004 and 006) must be transported in a validated cold chain at 2°C to 8°C throughout transit within the Brisbane metropolitan area. The supplier must provide a delivery confirmation and chain-of-custody documentation upon arrival at the chemist's receiving dock. Delivery access is available Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00 AEST. The supplier must notify the chemist's receiving manager at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled Brisbane delivery.

5.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. All pharmaceutical products supplied must be registered with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG).

5.2 The supplier warrants that all Schedule 4 and Schedule 8 medicines included in this Purchase Order are sourced from approved Australian or internationally recognised manufacturers and meet the quality standards set by the Australian Pharmaceutical Standards (APS) and the Australian Pharmacopoeia.

5.3 The chemist reserves the right to inspect all goods upon delivery at the Brisbane premises. Any items found to be damaged, expired (less than 12 months remaining shelf life), or non-compliant with TGA regulations will be rejected and must be replaced at the supplier's cost within five (5) business days.

5.4 Payment of $25,129.50 AUD (inclusive of 10% GST) shall be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the supplier's nominated Australian bank account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. The supplier must include their ABN and the Purchase Order reference number (SC-2025-04471) on the invoice.

5.5 The supplier must maintain adequate product liability insurance in accordance with Australian insurance regulations and provide a certificate of insurance upon request by the chemist.

5.6 All Schedule 8 (controlled) substances, if any are added as amendments to this Purchase Order, must be accompanied by the appropriate Queensland Health controlled drug documentation and must be delivered in accordance with the Poisons Standard (Schedule 1, Part 1.1) of the Standard for the Uniform Scheduling of Medicines and Poisons (SUSMP).

5.7 This Purchase Order does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by an authorised representative of the supplier. Any amendments to this document must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

5.8 The supplier acknowledges that the receiving chemist operates under a Queensland Pharmacy Licence and is subject to the oversight of the Pharmacy Board of Australia. All supplied goods must comply with the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010) and applicable Queensland health and safety legislation.

This Purchase Order is issued and authorised by the undersigned on behalf of Sunshine Coast Chemist & Pharmacy Pty Ltd, a registered pharmacy operating in Brisbane, Australia. The supplier's acceptance of this Purchase Order constitutes agreement to all terms, conditions, and regulatory obligations outlined herein.
