All goods listed in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the Chemist premises located at 42 Rue de la Huchette, 75005 Paris, France. The delivery window is between 08:00 and 14:00 CET, Monday through Friday. The supplier is required to provide a signed delivery note (bon de livraison) upon arrival. All pharmaceutical products must be transported in compliance with the French Agency for Medicines and Health Products (ANSM) cold-chain and handling regulations. The Chemist receiving staff will inspect all items against this Purchase Order before accepting delivery. Any discrepancies in quantity, batch number, or expiry date must be reported to the supplier within 48 hours of receipt.
5. Payment TermsPayment for this Purchase Order shall be made via SEPA bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within 30 calendar days from the date of invoice issuance. The Chemist entity, Pharmacie du Quartier Latin SARL, reserves the right to withhold payment for any items that do not conform to the specifications outlined in this document. Late payment shall incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10). The supplier must issue a compliant French invoice (facture) referencing this Purchase Order number PO-FR-2025-04872.
6. Terms and Conditions- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the French Republic and is subject to the commercial regulations applicable to Chemist operations in France Paris.
- All pharmaceutical products must carry a valid French marketing authorization (AMM) issued by the ANSM and must display the required French-language labeling as mandated by the Code de la santé publique.
- The Chemist buyer shall not be liable for any damage or loss occurring after the goods have been signed for and accepted at the France Paris delivery address.
- The supplier warrants that all products are free from defects, within their stated expiry dates (minimum 18 months remaining), and comply with EU pharmaceutical directives applicable in France Paris.
- Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent commercial court of Paris (Tribunal de commerce de Paris).
- This Purchase Order becomes void if not acknowledged in writing by the supplier within five (5) business days of the date of issue.
- The Chemist reserves the right to modify or cancel this Purchase Order in whole or in part, provided written notice is given at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
- All data processing related to this transaction shall comply with the French Data Protection Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as transposed into French law.
