- This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Rafidain Pharmaceutical Distribution Co. for the procurement of pharmaceutical products, chemist equipment, and medical supplies from Baghdad Central Chemist & Pharmacy Supplies Ltd., located in Iraq Baghdad. All goods must comply with the regulations set forth by the Iraqi Ministry of Health and the Baghdad Provincial Health Directorate.
- The Chemist supplier shall ensure that all pharmaceutical products listed in this Purchase Order carry valid manufacturing licenses, batch numbers, and expiration dates no less than eighteen (18) months from the date of delivery. Any product failing to meet these standards will be rejected at the point of receipt in Iraq Baghdad.
- Delivery of all items specified in this Purchase Order shall be made to the designated warehouse in Al-Karrada, Baghdad, Iraq, no later than 28 June 2025. The Chemist supplier is responsible for all transportation, handling, and insurance costs within Iraq Baghdad until the goods are physically received and inspected by the buyer's authorized representative.
- Payment shall be processed in Iraqi Dinars (IQD) via bank transfer to the Chemist supplier's registered account. Sixty percent (60%) of the total Purchase Order value shall be paid as an advance within five (5) business days of mutual signature. The remaining forty percent (40%) shall be settled within ten (10) business days following successful inspection and acceptance of all delivered goods.
- The Chemist supplier warrants that all equipment, including refrigeration units, dispensing scales, and shelving fixtures, shall be new, unused, and accompanied by manufacturer warranties of no less than two (2) years. Installation and initial calibration of all chemist store equipment shall be performed by the supplier's certified technicians at no additional cost.
- In the event of any discrepancy, damage, or shortage upon delivery, the buyer shall notify the Chemist supplier in writing within forty-eight (48) hours. The supplier shall replace or rectify the affected items within seven (7) calendar days at their own expense. Failure to do so shall entitle the buyer to withhold the remaining balance of this Purchase Order.
- All transactions under this Purchase Order are governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes arising from this document shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts in Baghdad, Iraq Baghdad. Both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both the authorized representative of the buyer and the authorized representative of the Chemist supplier. No amendments or modifications to this document shall be valid unless made in writing and countersigned by both parties.
- The Chemist supplier shall provide a detailed packing list, certificates of analysis for all pharmaceutical items, and commercial invoices in both Arabic and English with each delivery to Iraq Baghdad. All documentation must be submitted to the buyer's procurement office prior to the scheduled delivery date.
