Important Note: All pharmaceutical products listed in this Purchase Order must be sourced from the designated Chemist supplier and must comply with the regulations set forth by the Kuwait Ministry of Health. Each batch must include a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and a valid expiry date of no less than 18 months from the date of delivery to our warehouse in Kuwait Kuwait City. The Chemist is required to maintain a controlled cold-chain for temperature-sensitive items during transit. Terms and Conditions- This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nakheel Pharmaceutical Distribution Co. W.L.L. and is binding upon acceptance by the Chemist supplier, Al-Rashid Chemist & Pharmacy Supplies FZE, located in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- The Chemist shall deliver all items listed in this Purchase Order to our central warehouse at Salmiya Industrial Area, Kuwait Kuwait City, no later than the Required Delivery Date stated above. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 1.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay.
- All products must be in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging. The Chemist is responsible for ensuring that no product is damaged, expired, or tampered with at the time of delivery.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Chemist's registered account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmed receipt and acceptance of goods at our Kuwait Kuwait City facility.
- The Chemist warrants that all pharmaceutical products supplied under this Purchase Order are manufactured in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and are registered with the Kuwait Ministry of Health.
- In the event of a quality dispute, the Chemist shall replace any defective or non-conforming items within five (5) business days at no additional cost to the purchaser.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- The Chemist shall maintain full insurance coverage for all goods in transit within Kuwait Kuwait City and shall provide proof of insurance upon request.
- Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal modifications are not valid.
- The Chemist agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding the pricing, quantities, and business terms contained in this Purchase Order and shall not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.
The Chemist is instructed to deliver all items to the following address in Kuwait Kuwait City: Al-Nakheel Pharmaceutical Distribution Co. W.L.L., Warehouse Gate 3, Salmiya Industrial Area, Block 2, Kuwait Kuwait City. Delivery hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Kuwait Standard Time). The Chemist's delivery driver must present a valid Kuwaiti driving licence, a copy of this Purchase Order, and a signed delivery note for verification at the receiving dock. All goods must be offloaded by the Chemist's personnel.
