- This Purchase Order is issued by Al Noor Pharmaceutical Distribution W.L.L. and is directed to the named Chemist supplier, MediChem Pharmacy & Wholesale Supplies LLC, for the supply of pharmaceutical products, medical equipment, and related supplies to be delivered within the Doha, Qatar metropolitan area.
- All items listed in this Purchase Order must comply with the regulations set forth by the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) of the State of Qatar and the Qatar Food and Drug Authority (QFDA). The Chemist supplier shall provide valid import permits, certificates of analysis, and batch release documentation for every pharmaceutical product shipped under this order.
- Delivery shall be made to the designated warehouse at Warehouse 7, Industrial Area, Doha, Qatar, no later than 29 June 2025. The Chemist is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and cold-chain logistics required to ensure product integrity upon arrival in Doha.
- Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of a valid, approved invoice submitted by the Chemist. Payment will be made via bank transfer to the supplier's registered account in Qatar. No payment shall be due until all goods have been received, inspected, and accepted by the buyer's quality assurance team in Doha.
- The Chemist warrants that all pharmaceutical products supplied under this Purchase Order are genuine, unexpired, and manufactured in full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Any product found to be substandard, counterfeit, or outside acceptable quality parameters upon receipt in Doha shall be rejected at the Chemist's sole cost.
- Cold-chain items (specifically Insulin Glargine) must be transported in validated temperature-controlled containers maintaining a range of 2°C to 8°C throughout transit to the Doha delivery point. Temperature data loggers must accompany each shipment and be made available to the buyer upon delivery.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from this order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Doha, Qatar. The Chemist acknowledges and agrees to this jurisdiction.
- The Chemist shall maintain adequate product liability insurance coverage for all goods supplied under this Purchase Order while in transit to and stored at the buyer's facility in Doha, Qatar.
- Any amendments, cancellations, or modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements are not binding.
- The Chemist is required to maintain a minimum stock availability for reorder items listed in this Purchase Order for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of this order, to support the buyer's ongoing distribution operations across Doha and the wider State of Qatar.
