Terms and Conditions

This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nour Chemist & Pharmaceutical Supplies Co., Ltd., a licensed Chemist operating in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
All pharmaceutical products listed in this Purchase Order must comply with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) regulations and must carry valid SFDA registration numbers. The supplier shall provide SFDA compliance certificates alongside each delivery.
Delivery shall be made to the Chemist's primary warehouse located at King Fahd Road, Al-Salam District, Jeddah 23412, Saudi Arabia. The supplier is responsible for all transportation costs within the Jeddah metropolitan area.
Cold-chain items (Items 04 and 05) must be transported in temperature-controlled vehicles maintaining 2°C to 8°C throughout transit. Temperature logs must accompany each cold-chain shipment for the Chemist's quality assurance records.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmed receipt and acceptance of goods at the Chemist's Jeddah facility.
The supplier warrants that all goods are new, unexpired, and in their original manufacturer packaging. Any product with a remaining shelf life of less than twelve (12) months at the time of delivery shall be rejected at the Chemist's discretion.
In the event of non-conforming goods, the Chemist reserves the right to reject the affected items and request replacement within five (5) business days at no additional cost. Repeated non-conformance may result in termination of this Purchase Order and any associated supply agreements.
This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within seven (7) calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to confirm acceptance within this period shall render this document null and void.
All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the Saudi Commercial Procedure Law.
The supplier acknowledges that the Chemist is subject to periodic SFDA inspections and must ensure full traceability of all batches supplied under this Purchase Order, including lot numbers, manufacturing dates, and expiry dates clearly marked on all packaging.
