1. Scope of Engagement: This Purchase Order authorizes the procurement of a qualified Computer Engineer to provide full-time professional engineering services to the Buyer. The Computer Engineer shall report directly to the Chief Technology Officer of Beijing Advanced Technology Solutions Co., Ltd. and shall perform all duties from the Buyer's primary office located in the Haidian District, China Beijing. The Computer Engineer's responsibilities shall include but are not limited to: designing and implementing scalable computing architectures, overseeing hardware procurement and integration, leading cross-functional engineering teams, conducting performance optimization of enterprise systems, and ensuring compliance with all applicable Chinese national standards for information technology infrastructure.

2. Qualification Requirements: The Computer Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution. The Computer Engineer must possess a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive professional experience in enterprise-level computing systems. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required, and the Computer Engineer must be able to obtain and maintain a valid work permit (Z Visa) for employment in China Beijing in accordance with the regulations of the National Immigration Administration of the People's Republic of China.

3. Commencement and Duration: The Computer Engineer shall commence active service no later than August 1, 2025, at the Buyer's facility in China Beijing. The engagement period under this Purchase Order shall be for a fixed term of twelve (12) months, with the option for renewal upon mutual written agreement of both parties. Any extension of the Computer Engineer's engagement shall be documented via a supplementary Purchase Order amendment.

4. Payment Schedule: Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in the following installments: (a) 30% of the total Purchase Order value upon execution and confirmation; (b) 40% upon the Computer Engineer's successful arrival in China Beijing, completion of work permit processing, and commencement of duties; (c) 30% upon satisfactory completion of the twelve-month engagement period. All payments shall be made via wire transfer to the Seller's designated bank account in Chinese Yuan (CNY). Late payments on this Purchase Order shall incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.

5. Compliance with China Beijing Regulations: Both parties acknowledge that this Purchase Order and the resulting employment of the Computer Engineer are subject to all applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to the Labor Contract Law of the PRC, the Foreign Investment Law, the Personal Information Protection Law, and all local ordinances of the China Beijing municipal government. The Seller warrants that the Computer Engineer shall be in full compliance with all immigration, tax, and labor registration requirements specific to China Beijing.

6. Intellectual Property: All work product, designs, code, documentation, and innovations created by the Computer Engineer during the term of this Purchase Order while performing duties for the Buyer in China Beijing shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Buyer. The Computer Engineer shall execute all necessary intellectual property assignment documents as required under Chinese law.

7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall be liable for all services rendered by the Computer Engineer up to the termination date, plus any non-recoverable relocation and onboarding costs incurred in China Beijing. The Seller shall ensure the Computer Engineer's work permit and residence permit are properly cancelled or transferred in accordance with China Beijing immigration procedures.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration administered by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in China Beijing. The language of arbitration shall be English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding upon both parties.

9. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this Purchase Order, the compensation of the Computer Engineer, and all proprietary information exchanged in connection with this engagement. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of three (3) years.
