The scope of work encompasses the full lifecycle management of hardware and software assets, network architecture planning, cybersecurity protocol development, and ongoing technical support for all operational systems within the Ghana Accra premises.

1. This Purchase Order is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issue, commencing on 1 July 2025 and concluding on 30 June 2026. All services rendered by the Computer Engineer shall be performed at the designated work location in Ghana Accra unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

2. Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the account designated by Accra Digital Engineering Consultancy Ltd. Payment terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice submission. All payments shall be denominated in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and processed through a licensed financial institution operating within Ghana Accra.

3. The Computer Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution, and must possess at least five (5) years of verifiable professional experience in enterprise IT infrastructure. The Computer Engineer must also hold a valid Ghanaian work permit or be a Ghanaian citizen in good standing.

4. The Computer Engineer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Ghana, including but not limited to the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), the Cybersecurity Act, 2020 (Act 1038), and all directives issued by the National Communications Authority (NCA) of Ghana. All work performed in Ghana Accra shall adhere to local labor standards and occupational health and safety regulations.

5. The supplier shall provide a comprehensive project plan within fourteen (14) days of the effective date of this Purchase Order. Milestone deliverables shall be reviewed bi-weekly by the Procurement Director of TechSolutions Ghana Limited at the Ghana Accra headquarters.

6. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Computer Engineer shall complete all in-progress tasks and deliver all work products to the purchasing party. Payment shall be made for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

7. All intellectual property developed by the Computer Engineer in the course of fulfilling this Purchase Order shall be the sole property of TechSolutions Ghana Limited. The Computer Engineer shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to commencing any work in Ghana Accra.

8. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2099 (Act 62) of Ghana, with the seat of arbitration in Ghana Accra.

The Computer Engineer shall commence duties no later than 1 July 2025 at the TechSolutions Ghana Limited office located at 12 Independence Avenue, Ghana Accra. All initial equipment, access credentials, and project documentation shall be made available to the Computer Engineer on the first day of engagement. The supplier is responsible for ensuring the Computer Engineer has all necessary tools, software licenses, and hardware required to perform the duties outlined in this Purchase Order.
