This Purchase Order is issued by Almaty Digital Infrastructure Solutions LLP for the procurement of professional Computer Engineer services to be delivered and executed within the city of Kazakhstan Almaty. The scope of work encompasses the design, implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise-grade computer infrastructure, including server systems, network architecture, data center operations, and cybersecurity frameworks. The selected Computer Engineer shall possess a minimum of eight (8) years of documented professional experience in systems engineering, hardware architecture, and enterprise IT infrastructure management.
The Computer Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for the following deliverables:
- Design and deployment of a 200-node enterprise server cluster located at the Almaty Digital Park facility.
- Architecture and implementation of a redundant fiber-optic network spanning three office locations in Kazakhstan Almaty.
- Development of a comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plan compliant with Kazakhstan national data protection regulations (Law No. 98-V on Personal Data and Its Protection).
- Quarterly performance audits and optimization of all computer systems under management.
- Provision of 24/7 on-call technical support for critical infrastructure failures.
- Training of in-house IT staff (minimum 40 hours per quarter) on system administration and troubleshooting protocols.

5.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Almaty Digital Infrastructure Solutions LLP and SteppeTech Engineering & Consulting JSC for the provision of Computer Engineer services in Kazakhstan Almaty. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications outlined in Annex A attached to this document.
5.2 The Computer Engineer assigned to this project must hold a valid professional certification (e.g., Cisco CCIE, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent) and must be legally authorized to perform engineering work within the Republic of Kazakhstan. The vendor shall provide proof of professional licensure prior to commencement of work.
5.3 Payment shall be made in KZT via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.1% per calendar day as stipulated under the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5.4 The Computer Engineer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Kazakhstan, including but not limited to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Tax Code, and data protection legislation. All work performed in Kazakhstan Almaty shall adhere to local building codes, electrical safety standards, and telecommunications regulations.
5.5 The vendor warrants that all deliverables shall be free from defects for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance. Any defects discovered within the warranty period shall be remedied by the Computer Engineer at no additional cost to the purchaser.
5.6 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the vendor shall be compensated for all work completed and accepted up to the termination date.
5.7 All intellectual property created specifically for the purchaser under this Purchase Order shall vest in Almaty Digital Infrastructure Solutions LLP upon full payment. The Computer Engineer retains ownership of pre-existing methodologies and tools.
