This Purchase Order is issued to formally engage a qualified Computer Engineer to provide comprehensive IT infrastructure design, deployment, and maintenance services for our primary office and data centre facilities located in Myanmar Yangon. The Computer Engineer shall be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the following scope, ensuring all work complies with Myanmar's Information Technology Law (2013) and applicable industry standards.

  1. Acceptance: This Purchase Order becomes binding upon written acceptance by the vendor within five (5) business days of the date of issue. Failure to respond within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
  2. Commencement & Timeline: The Computer Engineer shall commence all on-site activities in Myanmar Yangon no later than 01 July 2025. The full infrastructure deployment must be completed by 30 September 2025, with the 12-month maintenance retainer beginning immediately upon project sign-off.
  3. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) milestones: 30% upon Purchase Order acceptance, 50% upon successful completion and acceptance of the infrastructure build in Myanmar Yangon, and the remaining 20% distributed monthly against the maintenance retainer. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 2.
  4. Qualifications: The Computer Engineer assigned to this engagement must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, possess at least eight (8) years of relevant industry experience, and hold valid certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent). A copy of the Computer Engineer's credentials shall be submitted prior to commencement.
  5. Compliance: All work performed under this Purchase Order in Myanmar Yangon shall comply with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, including but not limited to the Information Technology Law (2013), the Electronic Transactions Law (2014), and all regulations issued by the Myanmar Telecommunications Regulatory Body.
  6. Warranty: The vendor warrants that all hardware supplied and all services rendered by the Computer Engineer shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance in Myanmar Yangon.
  7. Confidentiality: The Computer Engineer and all personnel engaged under this Purchase Order shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, network architectures, and business information of Golden Pagoda IT Solutions Co., Ltd. This obligation survives termination of this Purchase Order for a period of three (3) years.
  8. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the vendor shall be compensated for all work completed and materials procured up to the date of termination, as verified by the receiving party in Myanmar Yangon.
  9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Myanmar Arbitration Centre in Yangon.
  10. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

The Computer Engineer is required to coordinate directly with our on-site facilities manager, U Zaw Htun, for access to all floors and the basement data centre in Myanmar Yangon. All work hours shall be between 09:00 and 18:00 Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30), Monday through Friday. Any work requiring after-hours access or weekend deployment must be pre-approved in writing by the Chief Technology Officer. The vendor shall provide a detailed project schedule and risk register within seven (7) days of Purchase Order acceptance. All deliverables, including as-built drawings, network diagrams, and configuration documentation, must be submitted in both English and Burmese.
