1. Description of Purchase Order

This Purchase Order is formally issued by TechnoCore Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd., a registered technology firm operating out of Pakistan Karachi, for the procurement of specialized professional services rendered by a qualified Computer Engineer. The purpose of this Purchase Order is to engage the services of Eng. Muhammad Ali Raza, a certified Computer Engineer with over twelve years of experience in systems architecture, network infrastructure design, and enterprise software development, to support the ongoing digital transformation initiatives of our organization based in Pakistan Karachi.

The Computer Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of all hardware and software systems within our Pakistan Karachi facility. This includes but is not limited to server room management, LAN/WAN configuration, cybersecurity protocol development, database administration, and the integration of cloud-based solutions tailored to the operational needs of our business in Pakistan Karachi.

3. Terms and Conditions

This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between TechnoCore Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. and the named Computer Engineer for the duration specified herein. All work shall be performed at or in proximity to the Pakistan Karachi office premises unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Computer Engineer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including but not limited to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) guidelines, the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) data protection requirements, and the Sindh Information Technology Policy governing technology professionals operating in Pakistan Karachi.
Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the Computer Engineer. Invoices must be submitted by the 5th of each month for the preceding month's services. Late payments beyond the Net 15-day window shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
The Computer Engineer shall maintain full confidentiality of all proprietary data, trade secrets, and client information encountered during the course of engagement at our Pakistan Karachi facility. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) accompanies this Purchase Order.
Any modifications, scope changes, or extensions to this Purchase Order must be documented in a written amendment signed by both parties. Verbal agreements shall not be recognized.
The Computer Engineer is responsible for providing all necessary tools, software licenses, and personal equipment required to perform the duties outlined in this Purchase Order. The organization shall provide workspace, internet connectivity, and access to company servers at the Pakistan Karachi location.
In the event of breach of contract by either party, the aggrieved party shall issue a written notice of default. The defaulting party shall have fourteen (14) calendar days to rectify the breach. Failure to do so shall entitle the aggrieved party to terminate this Purchase Order and seek damages as per Pakistani commercial law.
All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Karachi in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan. The language of arbitration shall be English.
This Purchase Order is subject to the tax regulations of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Pakistan. Applicable withholding tax shall be deducted at source as per prevailing rates for professional services rendered in Pakistan Karachi.

4. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Order. The Computer Engineer confirms availability and willingness to perform the services described herein at the designated Pakistan Karachi location for the full contract duration.
