This Purchase Order is issued to engage the services of a Computer Engineer for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing 1 August 2025 and concluding 31 July 2026. The Computer Engineer shall be responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of computer-based systems, hardware integration, firmware development, and network infrastructure within the Sri Lanka Colombo operations of TechSolutions Lanka (Pvt) Ltd.
The scope of work for the Computer Engineer under this Purchase Order includes, but is not limited to:

- All payments under this Purchase Order shall be made in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Computer Engineer.
- Monthly payments shall be due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the last working day of each service month, subject to satisfactory completion of deliverables as outlined in this Purchase Order.
- A performance bond of LKR 500,000 shall be submitted by the Computer Engineer prior to the commencement of services and shall be released in full upon successful completion of the twelve-month contract period.
- Any additional services requested beyond the scope defined in this Purchase Order shall be subject to a separate amendment document signed by both parties.
- Late payments shall attract an interest rate of 2% per month, in accordance with the commercial practices in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between TechSolutions Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. and the named Computer Engineer upon signature by both parties.
- The Computer Engineer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Sri Lanka, including but not limited to the Engineering Association of Sri Lanka code of conduct, the Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLSI) guidelines, and the Information and Communications Technology Agency of Sri Lanka (ICTA) regulations.
- All intellectual property, designs, code, documentation, and work product created by the Computer Engineer during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of TechSolutions Lanka (Pvt) Ltd.
- The Computer Engineer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and client data encountered during the course of services rendered in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, all completed work shall be delivered, and payment shall be made pro-rata for services rendered up to the termination date.
- The Computer Engineer shall be available for on-site work at the Sri Lanka Colombo facility a minimum of five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 08:30 and 17:30, with reasonable flexibility for project deadlines.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Sri Lanka Colombo in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Sri Lanka.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
Monthly deliverables shall be submitted to the Project Manager at TechSolutions Lanka, Sri Lanka Colombo, by the 28th of each month. Acceptance of deliverables shall be confirmed in writing within five (5) business days. Failure to confirm acceptance within this period shall constitute deemed acceptance under this Purchase Order.
