This Purchase Order is issued by Siam Digital Solutions Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to TechBridge Engineering Services Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier") for the provision of a qualified Computer Engineer to be deployed and stationed at the Buyer's primary operational facility located in Thailand Bangkok. The Computer Engineer shall be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Buyer's enterprise computing infrastructure, network systems, and software development environments. The scope of work encompasses all technical activities related to hardware architecture, system integration, cybersecurity protocols, and cloud-based computing solutions as they pertain to the Buyer's business operations in Thailand Bangkok.

The Computer Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties and deliverables while operating out of the Thailand Bangkok office:

• Design and deploy scalable server infrastructure and data center solutions within the Thailand Bangkok facility.
• Manage and maintain all enterprise-level networking equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Develop, test, and deploy custom software applications and internal tools to support business processes.
• Conduct regular security audits and implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive corporate data.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all computing systems used by staff in Thailand Bangkok.
• Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, or equivalent).
• Prepare monthly technical reports and performance assessments for the Buyer's management team.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and IT service providers operating in the Thailand Bangkok region.
• Ensure full compliance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and all applicable local IT regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all system architectures, configurations, and change logs.

The Computer Engineer assigned to this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution. A minimum of five (5) years of progressive professional experience in enterprise IT environments is required. The Computer Engineer must demonstrate proficiency in operating system administration (Linux, Windows Server), network engineering (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF), programming languages (Python, Java, C++), and cloud platform management. Fluency in English is mandatory, and working proficiency in Thai is strongly preferred given the operational context in Thailand Bangkok. Valid work permit and non-immigrant visa for Thailand must be secured prior to the commencement date.

Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account. Invoices must be submitted by the 5th business day of each month. The Buyer reserves the right to withhold payment for any deliverables not meeting the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. All amounts are denominated in Thai Baht (THB) and are subject to applicable Thai tax regulations.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Thailand Bangkok in accordance with the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.
2. The Supplier warrants that the Computer Engineer assigned shall not be under any conflicting employment or consulting agreement that would impair their ability to perform duties for the Buyer in Thailand Bangkok.
3. All intellectual property developed by the Computer Engineer during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the sole property of the Buyer.
4. The Supplier shall maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of THB 10,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order.
5. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Supplier shall ensure a smooth transition of all systems and documentation to the Buyer's internal team in Thailand Bangkok.
6. The Computer Engineer shall adhere to all company policies, code of conduct, and safety regulations in effect at the Thailand Bangkok facility at all times.
7. This Purchase Order does not create an employer-employee relationship between the Buyer and the Computer Engineer. The Computer Engineer remains an employee or contractor of the Supplier.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Computer Engineer in Thailand Bangkok. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon execution by authorized representatives of both parties.
