This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Educational Institute Pte. Ltd. to Apex Learning Solutions (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. for the engagement of a qualified Curriculum Developer to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive curriculum frameworks for the academic year 2025/2026. The Curriculum Developer shall be based and operate out of the Singapore Singapore premises as specified herein. All deliverables, consultations, and on-site work related to this Purchase Order shall be conducted within the Singapore Singapore jurisdiction in compliance with local educational regulations and standards set by the Singapore Ministry of Education.

The Curriculum Developer engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties within the Singapore Singapore operational environment:
- Conduct a comprehensive needs analysis of the existing curriculum at the Singapore Singapore campus and identify gaps in learning outcomes, pedagogical approaches, and assessment strategies.
- Design and develop a structured, standards-aligned curriculum framework for all subject areas, ensuring compliance with the Singapore Singapore national education standards and accreditation requirements.
- Author detailed lesson plans, unit plans, and learning resource guides that are culturally appropriate for the Singapore Singapore student demographic.
- Develop formative and summative assessment instruments, including rubrics, examination blueprints, and competency-based evaluation tools.
- Deliver a minimum of four on-site professional development workshops at the Singapore Singapore facility to train teaching staff on the newly developed curriculum.
- Provide ongoing advisory support and curriculum revision services throughout the engagement period to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with evolving Singapore Singapore educational policies.
- Submit all progress reports and final deliverables to the Purchasing Entity in accordance with the milestone schedule outlined in Appendix A of this Purchase Order.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three (3) equal instalments of SGD 86,110.00 each, due at the commencement of the engagement, at the six-month milestone, and upon final delivery of all Curriculum Developer outputs. All payments shall be remitted via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Singapore Singapore.
- Payment Terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice issuance. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Singapore Singapore commercial law.
- Delivery & Acceptance: All Curriculum Developer deliverables must be submitted to the Purchasing Entity at the Singapore Singapore office no later than the dates specified in the milestone schedule. Acceptance shall be confirmed in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days of submission.
- Intellectual Property: All curriculum materials, frameworks, assessments, and documentation created by the Curriculum Developer under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of Meridian Educational Institute Pte. Ltd. upon full payment. The Curriculum Developer retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
- Confidentiality: The Curriculum Developer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, student data, and institutional strategies encountered during the engagement in Singapore Singapore. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of five (5) years.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Curriculum Developer shall be compensated for all work completed and accepted up to the date of termination.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore Singapore. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
- Compliance: The Curriculum Developer shall comply with all applicable Singapore Singapore employment, data protection (PDPA), and educational regulatory requirements throughout the duration of this engagement.
