NOTE: All items listed in this Purchase Order are to be delivered to the Australia Sydney Customs House at Botany Bay, NSW 2000. The designated Customs Officer receiving authority is Senior Inspector M. Chen, Badge No. ABF-4471. All equipment must comply with Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) regulations and Australian Standards (AS/NZS) prior to deployment. The supplier must provide full warranty documentation and operator training for the assigned Customs Officer personnel within fourteen (14) business days of delivery. Terms and Conditions
  1. This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the Australian Government's Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 and the relevant procurement guidelines of the Department of Home Affairs.
  2. Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of satisfactory delivery and acceptance by the designated Customs Officer at the Australia Sydney facility. Payment shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the supplier's nominated bank account.
  3. The supplier warrants that all goods supplied under this Purchase Order are new, unused, and free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of no less than twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery.
  4. Delivery must be made to the Australia Sydney Customs House, Botany Bay, NSW 2000, between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00 AEST, Monday to Friday. The supplier must coordinate delivery with the on-duty Customs Officer to ensure secure receipt and inventory logging.
  5. All equipment must be configured to operate within the frequency bands approved for use in Australia Sydney and the broader Australian territory. The supplier is responsible for obtaining any necessary ACMA type-approval certifications prior to delivery.
  6. In the event of non-conforming goods, the Customs Officer shall issue a written notice of rejection within five (5) business days of inspection. The supplier shall replace or repair the non-conforming items at no additional cost within ten (10) business days.
  7. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia Sydney.
  8. The supplier acknowledges that all equipment procured under this Purchase Order is for the exclusive use of the Australian Border Force Customs Officer personnel and shall not be resold, transferred, or repurposed without written authorisation from the Department of Home Affairs.
  9. Confidentiality: The supplier agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the nature, scope, and location of all Customs Officer operations in Australia Sydney to which they may be exposed during the course of fulfilling this Purchase Order.
  10. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Australia Sydney region, government-imposed restrictions, or acts of terrorism.
