- 5.1 This Purchase Order is issued by the Frankfurt Customs Authority, Germany Frankfurt, and constitutes a binding procurement document in accordance with the German Federal Procurement Act (Vergaberecht) and EU Directive 2014/24/EU.
- 5.2 All goods listed in this Purchase Order are procured exclusively for the use of Customs Officer personnel stationed at Frankfurt Airport and the surrounding Germany Frankfurt customs jurisdiction. No resale or transfer of equipment is permitted without written authorisation from the Director General.
- 5.3 The supplier shall ensure that all equipment meets the current German Federal Customs Administration (Zoll) technical specifications and complies with applicable EU safety and electromagnetic compatibility directives. Each Customs Officer receiving equipment shall sign an individual asset register entry.
- 5.4 Delivery shall be made DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the Frankfurt Airport Customs Terminal, Germany Frankfurt. The supplier bears all transport, insurance, and customs clearance costs up to the point of delivery.
- 5.5 A warranty period of no less than thirty-six (36) months shall apply to all hardware items. Software licences are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of activation. The supplier shall provide on-site technical support within Germany Frankfurt within forty-eight (48) hours of any reported fault.
- 5.6 Payment shall be processed via SEPA bank transfer to the account specified by the supplier. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (ZF-2025-00847) and include the supplier's German VAT registration number.
- 5.7 The supplier acknowledges that all equipment will be used in a law-enforcement capacity by sworn Customs Officer personnel. The supplier shall comply with all data protection requirements under the GDPR and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) regarding any embedded recording or tracking technology.
- 5.8 In the event of non-conformity, the buyer reserves the right to reject any or all items. Rejected goods must be replaced at the supplier's sole cost within fourteen (14) calendar days.
- 5.9 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Frankfurt am Main, Germany Frankfurt.
- 5.10 The supplier shall not subcontract any portion of the delivery or installation without prior written consent from the buyer's procurement office in Germany Frankfurt.
This Purchase Order is authorised and approved for execution by the undersigned. By signing below, the supplier confirms acceptance of all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this document for the provision of equipment to Customs Officer personnel at Germany Frankfurt.
