1. This Purchase Order is issued by the undersigned Customs Officer acting in the official capacity of the Singapore Singapore Customs Authority. All transactions governed by this Purchase Order shall be conducted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore Singapore and the relevant procurement regulations of the Singapore Singapore government.
2. The Supplier acknowledges that all goods and services procured under this Purchase Order are intended exclusively for the operational use of Customs Officer personnel stationed across Singapore Singapore, including but not limited to the Singapore Singapore Changi Airport, Singapore Singapore Port, and all land border checkpoints within Singapore Singapore.
3. Delivery of all items listed in this Purchase Order shall be made to the designated Singapore Singapore Customs Depot address stated above. The Supplier shall bear all costs associated with transportation, insurance, and handling of goods until they are received and inspected by the authorized Customs Officer at the delivery location in Singapore Singapore.
4. The Customs Officer designated as the receiving authority shall conduct a full inspection of all delivered goods within five (5) business days of receipt. Any discrepancies, defects, or non-conformities must be reported in writing to the Supplier within the same period. Failure to report within this timeframe shall constitute acceptance of the goods.
5. Payment shall be processed by the Singapore Singapore Customs Authority within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of a valid invoice, provided that all goods and services have been accepted by the Customs Officer without reservation. Payment shall be made via electronic funds transfer to the bank account specified by the Supplier.
6. The Supplier warrants that all equipment supplied under this Purchase Order shall be new, unused, and free from defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period shall commence upon written acceptance by the Customs Officer in Singapore Singapore.
7. This Purchase Order is subject to the Singapore Singapore Government Procurement Guidelines. In the event of any dispute arising from this Purchase Order, the matter shall be resolved through the Singapore Singapore courts of competent jurisdiction. The governing law shall be the law of Singapore Singapore.
8. The Supplier shall comply with all data protection obligations under the Singapore Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) when handling any information related to Customs Officer personnel or operational data within Singapore Singapore.
9. This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement between the authorized Customs Officer of Singapore Singapore and the Supplier. No verbal modifications shall be binding.
Note: This Purchase Order has been reviewed and approved in accordance with the Singapore Singapore Customs Authority internal procurement policy. The undersigned Customs Officer confirms that the items procured are necessary for the effective execution of customs inspection, trade facilitation, and border security operations within Singapore Singapore.
