- This Purchase Order is issued by the Department of Customs, Royal Thai Government, for the procurement of equipment, software, and training services to support the operational duties of Customs Officer personnel stationed in Thailand Bangkok. All goods and services shall be delivered to the Bangkok Customs House unless otherwise specified in the line items above.
- The supplier shall ensure that all equipment meets the technical specifications outlined in Annex A of this Purchase Order. Any deviation must be approved in writing by the designated Customs Officer in charge of procurement verification prior to delivery.
- Delivery of all physical goods shall be made to the receiving warehouse at 120 Charoen Krung Road, Bang Rak, Thailand Bangkok, between 09:00 and 16:00 hours, Monday through Friday. The supplier bears all transportation costs and risks until goods are signed for by the authorized Customs Officer representative.
- Payment terms: Net 60 days from the date of successful delivery and written acceptance by the Customs Officer. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in the Supplier Information section. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-THB-2025-04872).
- The supplier warrants that all goods are new, unused, and free from defects for a minimum period of 24 months from the date of delivery. Software licenses are warranted for the full 5-year term. The training program shall be delivered by certified instructors with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Thai customs and trade compliance.
- All equipment shall be installed, configured, and tested at the Thailand Bangkok facility by the supplier's technical team at no additional cost. A final acceptance report must be signed by the supervising Customs Officer before the Purchase Order is considered fulfilled.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Thai Arbitration Institute in Bangkok. The supplier acknowledges that all operations under this Purchase Order are subject to the Customs Act B.E. 2560 (2017) and related regulations of the Department of Customs.
- The supplier shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the operational details, security protocols, and personnel information of the Customs Officer staff. Breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order and legal action under Thai law.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement between the authorized representative of the Department of Customs and the supplier. No verbal modifications shall be binding.
- The supplier shall comply with all applicable Thai labor, environmental, and data protection regulations, including the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), particularly regarding the body-worn camera systems and customs declaration software that process personal data of travelers and importers in Thailand Bangkok.
