This Purchase Order is issued to formally engage the services of a qualified Data Scientist to perform advanced analytics, machine learning model development, and predictive data modeling for the operations of Beijing Advanced Analytics Solutions Co., Ltd. The Data Scientist shall be physically based in China Beijing and shall conduct all professional activities in accordance with the data governance regulations, labor standards, and intellectual property laws applicable within the People's Republic of China, specifically within the jurisdiction of China Beijing.

The scope of work for the Data Scientist under this Purchase Order includes, but is not limited to: the design and implementation of end-to-end machine learning pipelines; the development of natural language processing models tailored to the Chinese language corpus; the construction of real-time data visualization dashboards for executive stakeholders in China Beijing; the optimization of existing statistical models for supply chain forecasting; and the preparation of comprehensive technical documentation in both English and Mandarin Chinese. All deliverables produced by the Data Scientist shall be subject to the quality assurance protocols established by the purchasing entity and shall comply with the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) of the People's Republic of China.

• Payment shall be made in Renminbi (CNY) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Data Scientist provider.
• 30% advance payment (CNY 164,469.60) due within 10 business days of acceptance of this Purchase Order.
• 40% milestone payment (CNY 219,292.80) due upon completion and acceptance of the machine learning model deliverables.
• 30% final payment (CNY 164,469.60) due within 15 business days of final project sign-off in China Beijing.
• Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per calendar day, in accordance with commercial practice in China Beijing.

The Data Scientist shall commence work no later than July 1, 2025, and shall complete all deliverables by October 31, 2025. All on-site work shall be performed at the purchasing entity's office located in Haidian District, China Beijing. The Data Scientist is expected to maintain a minimum of 40 hours per week of dedicated service during the contract period. Any extension of the timeline must be approved in writing by the Director of Procurement prior to the original deadline.

• This Purchase Order is governed by the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China and applicable commercial regulations in China Beijing.
• All intellectual property created by the Data Scientist in the course of this engagement shall be the sole property of the purchasing entity upon full payment.
• The Data Scientist shall maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary data, algorithms, and business information accessed during the engagement, in compliance with the PIPL and the Data Security Law of the PRC.
• Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration at the Beijing Arbitration Commission in China Beijing.
• This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the engagement of the Data Scientist.
• Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Data Scientist shall be compensated for all work completed up to the termination date.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Data Scientist in China Beijing. This document is valid only when signed and stamped by authorized representatives of both parties.
