This Purchase Order is issued by Alborz Digital Analytics Group Co., Ltd. to formally procure the professional services of a qualified Data Scientist to be deployed and engaged in operations within Iran Tehran. The Data Scientist shall be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced analytical models, machine learning pipelines, and predictive analytics frameworks that support the buyer's core business intelligence objectives. The engagement is specifically scoped to the Tehran metropolitan area, and all on-site work, meetings, and deliverable presentations shall take place at the buyer's registered office in Iran Tehran unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Data Scientist engaged under this Purchase Order must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in statistical modeling, natural language processing, deep learning architectures, and large-scale data engineering. The candidate must hold a Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution. Fluency in both Persian (Farsi) and English is mandatory, as all documentation, client presentations, and internal reporting within Iran Tehran will be conducted in both languages.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Tehran, Iran, in accordance with the rules of the Tehran International Arbitration Center.
2. The Data Scientist shall commence work no later than 1 July 2025 at the buyer's premises in Iran Tehran. A formal onboarding and security clearance process, as required by local regulations in Iran Tehran, must be completed prior to the first working day.
3. All intellectual property, models, code, datasets, and analytical outputs produced by the Data Scientist during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of Alborz Digital Analytics Group Co., Ltd.
4. The Data Scientist is required to comply with all data protection and privacy regulations applicable in Iran Tehran, including the Personal Data Protection Law of the Islamic Republic of Iran. No client data shall be transferred outside the borders of Iran without explicit written authorization from the buyer.
5. Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the seller's designated account in Iran Tehran. Invoices must be submitted by the 5th of each month for the preceding month's services rendered.
6. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, the Data Scientist shall deliver all in-progress work products and documentation to the buyer within fourteen (14) days of the termination date.
7. The seller warrants that the Data Scientist assigned under this Purchase Order shall not be concurrently engaged with any direct competitor of the buyer within the Tehran metropolitan area during the contract term.
8. All communications, reports, and deliverables related to this Purchase Order shall be maintained in both English and Persian to ensure full compliance with internal documentation standards in Iran Tehran.

Monthly deliverables, including model performance reports, pipeline deployment logs, and stakeholder presentation decks, shall be submitted to the buyer's Project Management Office in Iran Tehran by the last business day of each calendar month. The buyer shall have ten (10) business days to review and formally accept or request revisions to each deliverable. Failure to respond within this period shall constitute deemed acceptance under the terms of this Purchase Order.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Data Scientist in Iran Tehran. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement upon execution by both authorized representatives.
