This Purchase Order is issued by Al Rayyan Digital Solutions LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to Gulf Analytics & Intelligence FZE (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier") for the procurement of a qualified Data Scientist to be deployed at the Buyer's operational headquarters in Qatar Doha. This Purchase Order governs the terms, conditions, deliverables, and financial obligations associated with the engagement of the Data Scientist professional for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing on 1 July 2025 and concluding on 30 June 2026.

The Data Scientist engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning models, statistical analysis pipelines, and predictive analytics frameworks that will support the Buyer's strategic decision-making processes across its digital transformation initiatives in Qatar Doha. The role requires a minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in data science, with demonstrated expertise in Python, R, TensorFlow, and cloud-based data infrastructure.

All prices are quoted in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate of 5% as mandated by the Qatar Tax Authority. The Data Scientist shall report directly to the Head of Analytics at the Buyer's Qatar Doha facility located at Doha Business Bay, and shall adhere to all local labor regulations and workplace policies in force within the State of Qatar.

Payment under this Purchase Order shall be made in accordance with the following schedule:

• Advance Payment: 25% of the total Purchase Order value (QAR 175,975.00) shall be remitted within ten (10) business days of the Buyer's written acceptance of this Purchase Order.
• Monthly Installments: The remaining 75% shall be paid in twelve (12) equal monthly installments of QAR 43,993.75, due on the last working day of each calendar month, commencing July 2025.
• Payment Method: All payments shall be made via wire transfer to the Supplier's designated bank account in Qatar Doha, as specified in the attached banking details annexure.
• Late Payment: Any payment not received within the stipulated timeframe shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in compliance with Qatar commercial law.

• The Data Scientist engaged under this Purchase Order shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, algorithms, and business intelligence generated during the engagement in Qatar Doha. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is attached as Annexure A.
• The Supplier warrants that the Data Scientist shall hold a valid Qatar work permit and residence visa (QID) for the entire duration of this Purchase Order. Any lapse in legal work authorization shall constitute a material breach of this Purchase Order.
• The Buyer reserves the right to conduct performance reviews of the Data Scientist on a quarterly basis. Failure to meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) outlined in Annexure B for two consecutive quarters shall entitle the Buyer to terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice.
• All intellectual property, models, code, and analytical outputs produced by the Data Scientist during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the sole property of the Buyer, Al Rayyan Digital Solutions LLC, based in Qatar Doha.
• This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Doha, Qatar.
• The Supplier shall provide a replacement Data Scientist of equivalent or superior qualifications within fifteen (15) business days in the event of the original Data Scientist's departure, ensuring continuity of operations in Qatar Doha.

This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties. The Buyer acknowledges that this Purchase Order represents a binding commitment to procure the Data Scientist services as described herein for operations in Qatar Doha. The Supplier confirms acceptance of all terms, conditions, and deliverable specifications set forth in this Purchase Order.
