1. Design, develop, test, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models tailored to the Buyer's industry-specific datasets, ensuring compliance with Saudi data protection regulations and the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom.
2. Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, Spark, and cloud-native tools hosted within Saudi Arabia's sovereign data centers in Riyadh to ensure data residency compliance.

7. Ensure all Data Scientist work products, source code, models, and documentation are delivered in accordance with the intellectual property clauses specified in Section 6 of this Purchase Order.

Primary Work Location: Al-Riyadh Digital Solutions Co. Ltd. Headquarters, King Fahd Road, Al Olaya District, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saudi Arabia Riyadh standard business hours), with flexibility for project-critical deadlines.

Remote Work: Up to two (2) days per week may be conducted remotely from any location within Saudi Arabia, subject to prior written approval from the Buyer's Project Manager.

All payments under this Purchase Order shall be made in Saudi Riyal (SAR) via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account. Invoices shall be submitted on the last working day of each calendar month. Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid, approved invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with Saudi commercial law. The Supplier must include the Purchase Order number PO-2025-RYD-DS-0472 on all invoices for proper reconciliation.

All models, algorithms, code, datasets, reports, and documentation created by the Data Scientist team under this Purchase Order shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Buyer. The Supplier and its Data Scientist personnel agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary information, trade secrets, and business data encountered during the engagement in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of five (5) years. Any breach of confidentiality shall entitle the Buyer to seek injunctive relief and monetary damages under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This Purchase Order and all services rendered hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All Data Scientist personnel must hold valid Iqama (residency permit) and work authorization issued by the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. The Supplier warrants that all personnel assigned to this engagement in Saudi Arabia Riyadh are fully qualified, legally authorized to work, and in compliance with all applicable Saudi labor laws, tax obligations, and regulatory requirements. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Supplier shall complete all in-progress Data Scientist deliverables and submit a final comprehensive report. The Buyer shall be liable for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination. Early termination by the Buyer without cause shall incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the remaining contract value.
