This Purchase Order is issued by Alpine Analytics AG to formally request and authorize the engagement of a qualified Data Scientist professional to be deployed and performing all duties within the Switzerland Zurich metropolitan area. The Data Scientist shall be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning models, conducting statistical analyses, building predictive analytics pipelines, and delivering actionable insights to support the strategic decision-making processes of Alpine Analytics AG and its affiliated entities operating in the Switzerland Zurich region.

The scope of work for the Data Scientist under this Purchase Order includes, but is not limited to: data ingestion and preprocessing from multiple heterogeneous sources; feature engineering and model selection; implementation of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms; natural language processing tasks; time-series forecasting for financial and operational metrics; A/B testing framework design; and the creation of reproducible data science workflows using Python, R, SQL, and relevant cloud-based infrastructure. All work shall be conducted in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and applicable regulations governing the Switzerland Zurich jurisdiction.

All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed primarily at the offices of Alpine Analytics AG located at Bahnhofstrasse 42, 8001 Switzerland Zurich, or at such other premises within the Switzerland Zurich canton as mutually agreed upon in writing. The Data Scientist shall be expected to be physically present in Switzerland Zurich for a minimum of three (3) days per week, with the remaining days available for remote work subject to the data security protocols established by the Buyer. Any travel within the Switzerland Zurich metropolitan area for client meetings, data center access, or inter-departmental collaboration shall be considered within the normal scope of the engagement and shall not incur additional charges.

Payment for the services described in this Purchase Order shall be made in monthly installments, due within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice from Helvetia Data Solutions GmbH. Invoices shall be submitted to the accounts payable department of Alpine Analytics AG in Switzerland Zurich. Payment shall be executed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated Swiss bank account. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate applicable in Switzerland. The Buyer reserves the right to withhold payment for any deliverable that does not meet the acceptance criteria defined in the Statement of Work attached to this Purchase Order.

6.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Swiss Confederation, with the canton of Zurich serving as the exclusive venue for any disputes arising from the interpretation or performance of this document.

6.2 The Data Scientist engaged under this Purchase Order shall be bound by strict confidentiality obligations regarding all proprietary data, algorithms, business strategies, and intellectual property of Alpine Analytics AG. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed in Switzerland Zurich shall accompany this order.

6.3 All intellectual property created by the Data Scientist in the course of performing duties under this Purchase Order shall vest exclusively in Alpine Analytics AG upon full payment.

6.4 The Supplier warrants that the Data Scientist assigned to this engagement holds a minimum of a Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a closely related field, and possesses no fewer than five (5) years of professional experience in applied data science within the financial or technology sectors.

6.5 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.

6.6 The Supplier shall ensure that the Data Scientist complies with all applicable Swiss labor laws, social security contributions, and professional registration requirements applicable in Switzerland Zurich.

This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties. By signing below, the Supplier acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and agrees to furnish the Data Scientist services as described herein, in full compliance with all terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements applicable to the Switzerland Zurich jurisdiction.
