3. Description of Services — Data Scientist Engagement

This Purchase Order is issued by Atlantic Analytics Group, LLC to procure the professional services of a qualified Data Scientist to be deployed and performing all duties within the United States Miami metropolitan area. The engagement is structured as a full-time, on-site professional services contract with the following scope of work:

4. Scope & Performance Requirements

The Data Scientist engaged under this Purchase Order shall meet the following minimum qualifications and performance standards:

The Data Scientist must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field, with a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in machine learning and predictive analytics.
All services shall be rendered on-site at the buyer's premises in United States Miami, Florida, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Data Scientist shall maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary data, algorithms, and business intelligence accessed during the engagement, in accordance with the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) referenced in Section 7 of this Purchase Order.
The Data Scientist shall produce all deliverables in English and, where applicable, provide bilingual (English/Spanish) documentation to support the diverse operational environment in United States Miami.
Weekly progress reports shall be submitted to the buyer's Project Management Office every Friday by 5:00 PM. Monthly performance reviews shall be conducted on the last business day of each calendar month.
The Data Scientist shall comply with all applicable federal, state (Florida), and local (Miami-Dade County) labor laws, data protection regulations, and industry standards governing the practice of data science in the United States.

5. Payment Schedule

Payment shall be made in monthly installments of $21,875.00 USD, due within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice from the supplier.
The final installment for the NLP module (Item 3) and MLOps setup (Item 4) shall be due within thirty (30) days of project completion and acceptance by the buyer.
All payments shall be made via ACH transfer to the supplier's designated bank account in the United States. No cash payments are authorized under this Purchase Order.
Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, calculated from the due date until the date of actual payment.

6. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the buyer shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. The Data Scientist shall return all company property, data, and access credentials within five (5) business days of termination. Termination does not release either party from obligations accrued prior to the effective date of termination.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order, including the performance of the Data Scientist, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in United States Miami, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

8. Acceptance & Authorization

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Data Scientist in United States Miami. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon execution by both authorized representatives.
