Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by Yangon Smile Dental Clinic, a licensed dental practice registered under the Myanmar Ministry of Health and Sports, for the procurement of dental equipment, instruments, and consumable supplies necessary for the continued operation of our Dentist services in Yangon, Myanmar.
- All items listed in this Purchase Order must comply with the regulatory standards set forth by the Myanmar Food and Drug Authority (MFDA) and the Myanmar Dental Association. The supplier shall provide certificates of conformity, import permits, and any required regulatory documentation prior to delivery.
- Delivery shall be made to the clinic premises located in Kyauktada Township, Yangon, Myanmar. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, handling, and installation of equipment within the Yangon metropolitan area. Delivery must be completed no later than 30 June 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. The buyer reserves the right to withhold payment for any items that fail to meet the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order.
- All dental equipment and instruments must carry a minimum warranty period of twelve (12) months from the date of installation. The supplier shall provide on-site technical support and repair services within Yangon for the duration of the warranty period.
- The supplier acknowledges that the items procured under this Purchase Order are intended for use by licensed Dentist professionals in a clinical setting in Myanmar. The supplier warrants that all products are new, unused, and free from defects in materials and workmanship.
- In the event of non-delivery or delivery of substandard goods, the buyer reserves the right to reject the shipment and cancel this Purchase Order in whole or in part without penalty. Any restocking fees shall be borne by the supplier.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes arising from this document shall be resolved through the Yangon District Court or by mutual arbitration in Yangon, Myanmar.
- The supplier shall maintain full insurance coverage for all goods in transit within Myanmar. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer only upon confirmed delivery and acceptance at the Yangon clinic premises.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon written acceptance by both parties. No modifications to this document shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both Yangon Smile Dental Clinic and Golden Pagoda Medical Supplies Co., Ltd.
