1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Purchasing Entity and the Service Provider for the provision of Dietitian services in Italy Naples for a contract period of twelve (12) months commencing 01 July 2025 and concluding 30 June 2026.
2. The Dietitian shall maintain all required professional registrations, malpractice insurance (minimum coverage of EUR 1,000,000), and continuing education credits as mandated by the Italian Ministry of Health and the regional health authority of Campania.
3. All patient data processed under this Purchase Order shall be handled in strict compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Italian Data Protection Code (D.Lgs. 196/2003 as amended by D.Lgs. 101/2018). 6. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Service Provider shall complete all in-progress patient care plans and transfer records to a successor Dietitian approved by the Purchasing Entity.
7. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Italy Naples, in accordance with Italian civil law (Codice Civile, Libro IV).
8. The Dietitian shall adhere to the Mediterranean dietary guidelines endorsed by the Italian Society of Human Nutrition (SINU) and shall incorporate locally sourced ingredients from the Campania region in all dietary recommendations.
