This Purchase Order is issued by Kathmandu Corporate Wellness Centre Pvt. Ltd. to engage the services of a certified Dietitian operating in Nepal Kathmandu for the purpose of providing comprehensive nutritional assessment, dietary planning, and ongoing wellness support to a group of 120 corporate employees. The Dietitian shall deliver all services in accordance with the standards set by the Nepal Dietetics Council and the Ministry of Health and Population, Government of Nepal.

All amounts are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). The Dietitian shall provide a detailed itemized invoice upon completion of each service milestone as outlined in this Purchase Order.
5. Terms and Conditions- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. The Dietitian must confirm acceptance in writing within 7 working days of receipt of this document.
- All services shall be rendered at the buyer's premises located in Nepal Kathmandu unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
- The Dietitian shall maintain full professional confidentiality regarding all employee health data, dietary information, and personal records in compliance with Nepal's Privacy Act, 2074 (2017).
- Payment shall be made within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Dietitian. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 2 of this Purchase Order.
- The Dietitian is required to hold a valid license issued by the Nepal Dietetics Council and shall present proof of registration upon request by the buyer's procurement team.
- Any modification, cancellation, or extension of this Purchase Order must be documented in a written amendment signed by both the buyer's authorized representative and the Dietitian.
- In the event of non-performance or substandard service delivery, the buyer reserves the right to withhold payment for the affected line items and seek a replacement Dietitian at no additional cost.
- All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Nepal Kathmandu in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2055 (1999) of Nepal.
- The Dietitian shall provide a final comprehensive report within 15 working days of the completion of all services, including recommendations for continued nutritional wellness in the following fiscal year.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Nepal. All communications related to this document shall be conducted in English or Nepali.
