1. Purpose and Scope of This Purchase Order

This Purchase Order is issued by Al Rayyan Wellness & Corporate Health Group to formally engage the services of a qualified Dietitian for the provision of comprehensive nutritional counseling, dietary assessment, and evidence-based meal planning services. The scope of this Purchase Order covers a twelve-month engagement period commencing 1 July 2025 and concluding 30 June 2026. All services under this Purchase Order shall be delivered within the Doha metropolitan area, State of Qatar, and shall comply with the regulatory standards set forth by the Ministry of Public Health of Qatar and the Qatar Dietetic Society. The Dietitian engaged under this Purchase Order shall hold a valid professional license to practice in Qatar Doha and shall maintain all required certifications throughout the duration of the contract.

3. Terms and Conditions

3.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Issuing Organization and the Dietitian service provider. All terms herein shall be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Doha, Qatar.

3.2 The Dietitian shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of QAR 2,000,000 throughout the engagement period. Proof of insurance shall be submitted prior to the commencement of services under this Purchase Order.

3.3 Payment terms: Invoices shall be submitted monthly within five (5) business days of the end of each calendar month. Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice. All payments shall be made in Qatari Riyals (QAR) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Dietitian.

3.4 The Dietitian shall adhere to the Qatar National Health Strategy 2030 guidelines and shall ensure that all nutritional recommendations align with the dietary regulations and food safety standards enforced by the Ministry of Public Health in Qatar Doha.

3.5 Confidentiality: All client health records, dietary data, and corporate information accessed by the Dietitian under this Purchase Order shall be treated as strictly confidential. Breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order and potential legal action.

3.6 Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of termination, the Dietitian shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.

3.7 The Dietitian shall submit a comprehensive end-of-contract report summarizing all nutritional interventions, outcomes, and recommendations for the continuation of dietary programs in Qatar Doha.

4. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept all terms, conditions, and service specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. The Dietitian confirms that all services described herein shall be performed in a professional, ethical, and culturally sensitive manner appropriate to the diverse population of Qatar Doha. The Issuing Organization confirms its commitment to timely payment and provision of necessary facilities for the Dietitian to carry out duties under this Purchase Order.
