This Purchase Order is issued by Atlantic Wellness Group (Pty) Ltd to engage the services of a qualified and registered Dietitian for the provision of comprehensive nutritional assessment, dietary planning, and ongoing wellness support to our corporate employees based in Cape Town, South Africa. The Dietitian shall operate in accordance with the standards set by the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and shall deliver all services within the Cape Town metropolitan area unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Atlantic Wellness Group (Pty) Ltd and Nkosi Nutritional Consultancy (Pty) Ltd for the provision of Dietitian services as described herein. All services shall be rendered in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa, or at such other location within the Cape Town metropolitan area as mutually agreed upon in writing.
The Dietitian engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid HPCSA registration as a Dietitian and must maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than R5,000,000 for the duration of the contract. Proof of registration and insurance shall be submitted prior to the commencement of services.
Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of a valid tax invoice. All payments shall be made in South African Rand (ZAR) via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the bank account specified above.
The Dietitian shall comply with all applicable South African legislation, including the National Health Act (Act 61 of 2003), the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA, Act 4 of 2013), and the Consumer Protection Act (Act 68 of 2008) in the delivery of all nutritional services.
All employee dietary records, health assessments, and personal information collected by the Dietitian during the course of this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the written consent of the employee, in compliance with POPIA regulations applicable in South Africa.
The Dietitian shall submit monthly progress reports to the Corporate Health & Wellness Department of Atlantic Wellness Group, detailing the number of sessions completed, employee engagement metrics, and any notable dietary trends observed within the Cape Town office population.
Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the Dietitian shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the date of termination, and no further charges shall be applicable.
All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Cape Town, South Africa, in accordance with the rules of the Cape Arbitration Foundation. Should mediation fail, the matter shall be referred to the High Court of South Africa, Western Cape Division, Cape Town.
This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
The Dietitian shall ensure that all dietary recommendations are culturally appropriate and sensitive to the diverse South African population, taking into account local food availability, dietary customs, and nutritional guidelines as published by the South African Department of Health.

This Purchase Order has been reviewed and authorised for the procurement of Dietitian services to support the corporate wellness programme of Atlantic Wellness Group (Pty) Ltd, Cape Town, South Africa.
