Terms and Conditions of This Purchase Order

• This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nile General Practitioner Medical Center, a licensed Doctor General Practitioner outpatient facility registered with the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population, located in Egypt Cairo (New Cairo, 5th Settlement). All goods and services referenced herein are intended exclusively for the Doctor General Practitioner clinical operations of this facility.
• The supplier shall deliver all items listed in this Purchase Order to the designated Doctor General Practitioner clinic address in Egypt Cairo no later than the required delivery date stated above. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days shall entitle the Doctor General Practitioner practice to a penalty of 1% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
• All pharmaceutical items must comply with the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) regulations and carry valid batch numbers, manufacturing dates, and expiry dates. The Doctor General Practitioner reserves the right to reject any pharmaceutical stock that does not meet EDA standards or that has less than eighteen (18) months of shelf life remaining at the time of delivery in Egypt Cairo.
• Medical equipment items (blood pressure monitors, pulse oximeters, stethoscopes, examination tables, thermometers, and ECG paper) must be new, unused, and accompanied by manufacturer warranties of no less than two (2) years. The supplier shall provide installation and calibration services for all equipment at the Doctor General Practitioner clinic premises in Egypt Cairo at no additional cost.
• Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's registered account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmed delivery of all items under this Purchase Order. The Doctor General Practitioner practice shall not be liable for any interest or late fees arising from disputes regarding item quality or quantity.
• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts in Egypt Cairo. The supplier acknowledges that all goods are procured for the legitimate medical practice of a Doctor General Practitioner and shall not be resold or diverted from the intended clinical use.
• The supplier warrants that all items are free from defects in materials and workmanship. In the event of defective goods, the supplier shall replace the affected items within seven (7) business days at the supplier's own expense, including all delivery costs within Egypt Cairo.
• This Purchase Order becomes effective upon written acceptance by both parties. No modification to this Purchase Order shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by the authorized representative of the Doctor General Practitioner practice and the supplier.
