This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Financial Advisory Group, LLC, a registered entity operating in United States New York City, to formally request and authorize the procurement of a corporate subscription to The Economist magazine and its associated digital platforms. This Purchase Order governs all terms, conditions, pricing, delivery schedules, and obligations between the Buyer and the Seller for the fiscal year 2025–2026. The subscription to The Economist is intended to support the research, analysis, and strategic advisory functions of our client portfolio management division, which is headquartered in United States New York City and serves institutional investors across the tri-state area.

All print editions of The Economist shall be delivered no later than 9:00 AM Eastern Time on the business day following publication to the Buyer's registered office at 1285 Avenue of the Americas, United States New York City, NY 10020. The Seller acknowledges that the delivery address is located in United States New York City and shall comply with all local courier regulations and building access protocols specific to the Manhattan commercial district. Digital access credentials for The Economist platform subscriptions shall be provisioned within three (3) business days of receipt and acceptance of this Purchase Order. The Seller shall provide a dedicated account manager based in United States New York City to serve as the primary point of contact for all subscription-related inquiries, billing disputes, and service-level escalations.

Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date, via ACH wire transfer to the Seller's designated account. The Seller shall issue a consolidated invoice referencing Purchase Order No. PO-2025-04872. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with the commercial practices standard in United States New York City. All amounts are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). The Buyer reserves the right to withhold payment for any line item where the The Economist product or service has not been delivered in full compliance with the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order.

This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in United States New York City. The Seller warrants that all The Economist content, data products, and digital services provided under this Purchase Order shall be free from material defects and shall conform to the descriptions and specifications set forth herein. The Buyer may cancel or modify this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice prior to the renewal date. Cancellation shall not relieve the Buyer of payment obligations for services already rendered. The Seller shall maintain all The Economist subscriber data in compliance with applicable United States federal and New York State data protection statutes.

By signing below, the authorized representatives of both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Purchase Order for the procurement of The Economist products and services, with all deliveries and operations conducted in and around United States New York City.
