This Purchase Order is issued by Hanbit Educational Services Co., Ltd. for the procurement and placement of a qualified Education Administrator to manage academic operations, curriculum coordination, and institutional compliance within our Seoul campus facilities. The Education Administrator shall commence duties no later than 1 August 2025 at the primary campus located at 42, Teheran-ro 59-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea. All onboarding procedures, including background verification, credential validation with the South Korean National Institute for Educational Research, and workplace orientation, must be completed within the first ten (10) business days of the Education Administrator's arrival. The supplier is responsible for ensuring the Education Administrator holds a valid work permit or appropriate visa classification for employment in South Korea Seoul.
- Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Korean Won (KRW), due on the 5th business day of each month following the service period.
- A 10% advance payment (KRW 7,727,500) is due upon mutual execution of this Purchase Order and confirmation of the Education Administrator's successful placement.
- Any late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with South Korean commercial practice.

- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Seoul, South Korea, in accordance with the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.
- The Education Administrator must maintain all professional certifications and licenses required for educational administration in South Korea throughout the contract term. Failure to do so shall constitute a material breach of this Purchase Order.
- The supplier warrants that the Education Administrator has no undisclosed conflicts of interest and has not been subject to disciplinary action by any South Korean educational regulatory body within the preceding five (5) years.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Education Administrator's employment shall be handled in accordance with the South Korean Labor Standards Act.
- All personal data collected during the recruitment and placement of the Education Administrator shall be processed in compliance with the South Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
- The supplier shall provide a monthly performance report detailing the Education Administrator's activities, compliance status, and any issues requiring the buyer's attention.
- This Purchase Order does not create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the parties.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Seoul metropolitan area, shall excuse timely performance for the duration of the event.
